Dr. James has taken care of my family for the past 2.5 years. Myself and my daughter have only had great experiences. My daughter had a small cavity once and Dr. James worked wonderfully with her. She was nervous going in but he made her feel comfortable and at easy.
My husband, on the other hand, doesn’t have the greatest luck with his teeth. He had a crown done here and hasn’t had luck keeping it in. He’s had it redone twice now, I believe, and needs to go in again bc it fell out again recently.
We relocated to Summerville and will move our daughter to a new office for convenience but my husband and I will continue going to this office because we love the environment and service we get.

LOVE Dr. Richart’s office! Being a former dental assistant, I have high expectations for my dental office. They hit every point on my check list.
From the moment you step into the office, you feel like you’ve been going there forever and you’re just part of the family. Stephanie greets you and always makes you feel right at home. She is on top of her stuff, too! Alicia is one of the best hygienists I have ever had and I would recommend her to anybody! She is gentle and does a great job.
I highly recommend Northbridge Dental to anyone in the Charleston area needing a dentist.

I live miles from Charleston and I was visiting friends when suddenly a crown came off. Being that I was so far from home I randomly picked a dentist and just hoped for the best. I was amazed how nice and helpful they were and Stephanie went above and beyond the call of duty. We all are afraid of the dentist but Dr Richart understands that and did such a great job making me feel comfortable. I know you probably won’t believe me but it didn’t hurt. People like this makes me want to move to Charleston on a permanent basis
