These guys are very helpful. They replaced the battery in my wife’s iPhone in 10 minutes for about $ 80. Seems like a lot, but is something the Apple store told us she couldn’t replace and would have to buy a new phone. If you have phone issues, from battery, bugs, to a cracked screen, go see these guys. They won’t give you any BS like the manufacturers will, and they offer lifetime guarantees for any services they provided. Totally worth it.
Plus, they have a cool guard dog hanging around the shop, named Lola. My daughter loved her. And, it is half an art gallery for, I’m assuming one of the owners. Pretty awesome paintings.

My phone MD saved my girlfriend (and I) from having an anxious weekend (sad I know). Her phone not only cracked but got water in it and somehow these guys fixed it within a few hours. I’m a savvy shopper and did the math on options, it was by far the best value for money and convenience. The employees seem to genuinely care and have a sense of urgency; something I’m sure we can all agree is important when without a phone. Keep it up My Phone MD!

I cracked my phone yesterday and sent this business an email about my damages. They responded very quickly and we set up a time today for them to come pick up and fix my phone from my house (which is so convenient since I have a toddler). They came at the right time, fixed my phone within 30 – 40 minutes and were off and away. I will use this service again if I every have to (which I hope not:)) and I am telling my friends who are walking around with cracked screens.
