I would give these guys five stars if it wasn’t for their rude, tattooed, obnoxious toe-​truck driver. He had to have me give him directions to Stevenson hall three times each time getting angry he couldn’t find it. Even though Stevo is the largest building in Charleston Illinois and he should know where it’s at! He also was rather rude a out my knowledge of mechanics.
Other than that they were fair priced. Nice to me when I came to pick up my car, and explained the problem in a way that I could understand.
I highly recommend them, just not their towing services.

I went in to Miller’s with a very vulnerable car situation. I could hear a metal on metal sound from my wheel well which was the result of my car falling off the tire jack that came with the vehicle. I am not a gear head so I knew I would be at the mercy of the mechanic. Miller not only fixed my car, but was honest and told me it was just a small bent piece of metal. He fixed the the very minute problem and onky charged me for my rotation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
