Business Owner

Bill Schwartz is a graduate of St. John’s University and earned his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University in 1988. He has represented many mesothelioma victims in West Virginia, successfully argued at the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and spoken at national seminars for lawyers. He has also lectured on law at West Virginia State University and published on his area of law. The National Trial Lawyers Association lists him as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in West Virginia and Benchmark Plaintiff selected him as a Litigation Star.
