Durant Consulting Inc. specializes in the production and management of silent and live auctions from conception to execution for any size organization or type of event. We handle all aspects of silent auctions from pre-planning and solicitation consulting to setup and breakdown including staff, professional auction display, bid sheets and checkout. DCI also offers full production services for online auctions.
History
Established in 2006.
Durant Consulting, Inc. was founded by Alexandria Durant, who has been in the auction business since 1999. Durant Consulting has worked with the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami, James Beard Foundation, Pebble Beach Wine & Food Festival, Hispanic Unity, Camillus House and Florida International University, to name a few.

Alexandria Durant has over 10 years experience producing auctions. From 1999 – 2005 Alex was Director of the Fundraising Division for Grandstand Sports and Memorabilia, Inc. in New York City, raising over $ 2 million for non-profit clients over 6 years. A move to Miami prompted Alex to start her own consulting firm in 2006. That same year, she was named one of BizBashFla’s 20 Under 40: Innovative Pros Making Waves in the Industry. She continues to work with many clients in Miami as well as in New York City and Boston, her current home.
