In June 2007, dunes properties opened The Real Estate Studio, a location in the heart of Charleston’s historic shopping district that was less «office» and more retail store. It was designed to help guests discover everything they want to know about visiting and living in this glorious Southern city. The environment is at once comfortable and inviting, with no pressure or hassles.

The Real Estate Studio is at 214 King Street in Charleston, in the middle of the upscale retail district, surrounded by some of the country’s best shopping and adjacent to the Orient Express hotel, Charleston Place. The Studio features multiple large screens showing full tour property videos and employing our powerful real estate search engine. Folks are encouraged to stop in and search at their own pace on our user-​friendly technology. Our experienced, professional agents are always here to answer questions, assist with searches, or show property.
