Rick is an internationally recognized U.S. lawyer with more than 25 years experience advising multinational public and private companies and managing multinational business enterprises. His clients have included the global leaders of the resort development and hospitality industries: The Walt Disney Company, Cendant Corporation, Resort Condominiums International (RCI), Interval International (II), Fairfield Resorts (now Wyndham Hotels and Resorts) and Vistana Resorts (now Starwood Vacation Ownership).

Before establishing his practice in his hometown in 2005, Rick lived and worked in several US states, Singapore and Australia. His areas of expertise include: land acquisition; zoning; complex commercial leases; franchising; travel services; resort and hotel development; community development; creation, registration, and financing of regulated real estate products (condominium hotels, fractional ownership, and vacation ownership), and interstate and international distribution.
