History

Established in 1991.

Founder and CEO Jeff Salter realized a growing need for non-​medical care for the elderly at affordable prices. He began with one location in Odessa, Texas. Soon he had three locations and it was then he knew exactly how great the demand was for this type of quality care.

Jeff began to franchise and developed the GreatCare method of caregiving.

Today, there are more than 38 locations in more than 10 states each sharing the GreatCare method of caregiving to seniors in need.
