Cakes by Appointment

Petra and Cakes By Appointment are awesome! I ordered cookies and cupcakes for a Baby Shower I threw for two friends, and not only did they look lovely, but they tasted delicious. I would highly recommend!

What a wonderful place! Petra is nothing short of amazing! I ordered some custom cupcakes for Valentines day. I emailed Petra pictures of what I had in mind and what she created was 10x better! Prices were reasonable and she also made suggestions on how to keep the cost of the order down. I also had seen some chocolate covered strawberries and she happily agreed to make them per my request. She delivered them (walked through the snow!!) since her shop was only a block or so away because I was out of town that day. I don’t know many [ANY] bakeries in Charleston who would do that?! :) Petra emailed/​texted me and kept me updated from the time I placed the order til the time they were delivered, sending me pictures of her ideas, the completed product, and even his reaction once delivered. I cannot say enough great things about Cakes By Appointment and would highly recommend to anyone looking for something special.
