Sarah and Abby at Barks and Bubbles are wonderful. You can tell they really love dogs.
I brought in a very timid rescue poodle that was in pretty bad shape. They were so sweet to her and she looked like a different dog when I picked her up! She was gorgeous and not too stressed out (which would have been very easy to do). On top of all that, they have convenient hours and easy parking. I would definitely recommend them.

My puppy was groomed here once and had a good experience. When I tried to make another appointment recently, I left two voicemails during business hours and never received a call back. It’s been well over a week now… apparently they don’t want my business. I am a very loyal customer and am sad to have to find a new groomer.

The ladies here are super nice, and good at what they do. You can tell they really love dogs, and they’re so excited to see each dog that comes through the door.
The prices are great. My dog gets a bath, her ears cleaned, and her nails trimmed for just about $ 20. It’s so worth it, and it’s affordable enough that I can bring her in once a month.
She comes home squeaky clean, smelling great, and wearing a cute little ribbon on her collar. I think she can tell how good she looks, too!

Great place to have your dog groomed. The staff is always friendly and love my dog as much as I do. Sarah is very knowledgeable on dog grooming as well as general dog health. She is always quick to point out anything she finds on my dog that may need medical attention.
They stay booked so make a reservation way in advance.

I am in love! We were referred by a neighbor to take our three babies there for a bath. The prices are amazing. For around $ 20, each pup got a bath, nails done and anal glands done! They were so pretty when they came home! The girls were great with them and each one came home with a little pink bow on. They are so soft and fuzzy, we can’t stop nuggling up with them. One pup is very skid dish and she came home all smiles. I Amos pleased, Barks N Bubbles will become our monthly routine! Yay for y’all!

Just picked up my dog and they made him look ridiculous. I wish I could show you a before and after picture. Before — attractive dog. After — ludicrous looking animal. I sincerely hope this grows in quickly.
As for the place itself, its very clean and the staff is friendly, but seem to not really have much of a clue about dogs and dogs’ hair — which you’d think would be important for their jobs. I’m not saying they’re the worst groomers ever, but I can pretty much guarantee you can find a better one in the area. I know I will.
Oh, and I’m pretty sure they also forgot to feed him all day. Thanks guys. $ 70 poorly spent.

Miss Sarah and her crew are wonderful! Prices are great, service is so friendly and they do an outstanding job! They’ve been chosen by readers of the Charleston City Paper as best Pet Spa in Charleston! They’ve been taking care of our Black Lab/​Rottweiler mix, Rudy, for 2 years now and we couldn’t imagine taking her anywhere else!
