Kronlage & Olson, P.C., Certified Public Accountants, was formed in 2010 with the inclusion of John C. Olson, CPA in the ownership group of practice. The shareholders have been associated with various CPA firms for over 40 years in various positions before forming the firm today.

Meet the Business Owner

Doug K.

Business Owner

Raised on a farm near Dyersville, Iowa, Doug graduated from Winona State in 1973 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is currently licensed in Iowa and Minnesota (inactive). Now with over 42 years of experience in public accounting, Doug supervises compilations, reviews, audits, and tax preparation. Doug’s auditing background has provided him with a unique specialty in governmental auditing and single audits. Doug belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants (ISCPA), and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA). He is an active member of his church, a long-​term member of the Iowa Jaycees, previously serving as Vice President of Individual Development for the Iowa Jaycees, and was a USJCI Senator. When Doug isn’t consulting, planning, and helping someone reach their financial goals, he can be found spending time with his wife, daughter, son-​in-​law, and three grandchildren.
