We carry water pipes, spoons/​hand pipes, incense, e-​cig kits, e-​juice, CBD and miscellaneous accessories.

Come in and try our e-​juice for FREE! We accept all major credit cards except American Express.

We are located in downtown Charleroi and are minutes from Belle Vernon, Monongahela, Monessen, New Eagle, Speers, Bentleyville, Perryopolis and California.

History

Established in 2014.

We opened our doors in April 2014 to help people find a better alternative to smoking tobacco.

Why do we do this?

We do this to help others find an alternative to smoking cigarettes. We are also former cigarette smokers who opened after finding out the benefit of being able to stop smoking cigarettes. We have been blessed to help hundreds of people stop smoking cigarettes and find an alternative… those with COPD, emphysema, on oxygen, and even those who have been diagnosed with cancer.

We opened our doors as Neff’s Vapor Lounge April 2014 to help people find a better alternative to smoking cigarettes. We are a small family owned and run business. We are believers in the product and after many years of smoking cigarettes (25 – 33 years), we were able to quit smoking cigarettes in 1 week (February 28, 2014) after trying electronic cigarettes.

In November 2015, amid the changes in the vaping industry, we started researching other tobacco avenues. After many weeks of research, we decided to also incorporate water pipes into the business to help those who are still smoking traditional cigarettes and not ready to give up tobacco. Thus, January 1, 2016, Neff’s LLC was born.
