WONDERFUL. Our experience was EXCELLENT. We contacted Advanced Solutions (Chris) and he promptly set up a time to come evaluate the situation and provide an estimate. He took time to explain the proposed process and answered our questions on the spot and then some subsequent questions. He was VERY patient. Once we decided to have the work done he promptly scheduled a time. There were jobs scheduled ahead of us but he stayed in touch with us during the waiting period (just under 2 weeks). He showed up promptly on the start day and made sure that we understood what would be happening over the 4 – 5 day period he would be there. He prepared our home as if it were his so that debris/​dust and such was kept to a minimum in our living area while they worked. Each day he checked in with us prior to leaving, keeping us up to date with the progress. He welcomed our interest in the project — or, if he didn’t, we couldn’t tell. The clean up was excellent. He brought the areas he worked on back to a ‘ready to finish’ standard. And a very good one at that. Though we haven’t had a serious rain since the project was finished the installed system was tested with a full run hose and all went very well. Not only does his service come with a smile — it comes with a lifetime guarantee for the type work we had done. Striping of the block foundation walls, sanding where necessary, support added where necessary, trench along the entire wall from inside space through a storage area, two garages on into the yard; trench lined appropriately, drainage pipe installed with access ports at the beginning and middle of the drain area. Then cementing the trench area and blacktopping the outside trench. Just excellent. We will report again after the next major rain event. In our experience anything of 2+ inches within 3 hours would generate leaking in the past. We’ve had one big rain since the project completed and though it wasn’t enough to have caused major leaking in the past we would normally have seen wet spots in the foundation and that did not happen.
