We clean windows and a whole lot more! We specialize in window cleaning (interior and exterior), pressure washing: concrete, wooden decks, docks and fences and soft wash of houses to remove mold and mildew, gutter cleaning and re-​securing and applying window film to reduce glare, block harmful UV rays that fade furniture, carpets and drapes and reduce cooling costs. The film significantly reduces the amount of solar heat entering through the glass.

History

Established in 2014.

We are part of a national franchise that has been in business for over 20 years perfecting the art of window cleaning, pressure washing and window film application. After 23 years in the Army I retired and decided to start a Window Genie franchise which has allowed me to make a living and have a great work-​life balance. Window Genie is committed to customer satisfaction and customer service.

Business Owner

Mike is a retired Army Officer who served for over 23 years. He is committed to customer satisfaction and will ensure he and his employees go above and beyond to ensure great customer service. Mike and his family moved 7 times in 12 years with the Army and settled in Chapin in 2010 while he served his final assignment with the Third Army Headquarters at Shaw Air Force Base. Mike and his wife have three children and are active in the community and their church.
