History

Established in 2009.

TCR began its journey in the electronics industry in 2009 as a wholesaler of mobile & electronic devices. We were doing repairs and refurbishment in-​house and gradually moved toward applying that knowledge in an exceptional retail setting to better assist our customers.

With years of experience under our belts, TCR opened its first retail location in Olde Raleigh Village in October of 2012. Since then, we have expanded our retail operations to reach Durham, Chapel Hill and the surrounding areas.

The majority of TCR’s current repairs are Apple iPhones, iPads and Samsung Galaxy devices but we also repair LG, Motorola, & Google Android devices as we continually strive to expand our device repair list. We have spent years finding the highest quality parts and use genuine OEM parts when possible. We also buy, sell, trade, & refurbish devices.
