Hich E.
Manager
Hich got his talent from three places: his mom, his school (NYC’s French Culinary Institute) and the crazy tangle of neurons that make up his nutty brain. Hich is originally from Morocco and Moroccan cuisine is as rich and varied and delicious as any notable world cuisine. Hich’s mom, Naima, an extremely hip lady (because she has no idea how hip she is), is a good cook even by Moroccan standards. As a child, Hich would watch his Mom in the kitchen as she prepared the delicious meals the family shared, usually out of one gigantic communal plate, as Moroccans do.
