Properties On The Hill was founded with an emphasis on leveraging industry specific technology solutions to do more with less, providing first-​class customer service for owners and tenants, and helping owners maximize the return on their investments. As long-​term Chapel Hill residents with almost a decade of construction/​mortgage lending and personal property management experience, a broker-​in-​charge with 17+ years of real estate sales experience, we know real estate through and through.

Andrew worked for nearly a decade with local community banks as a consistently top-​producing construction lender and mortgage banker/​broker. He specialized in working with high net worth clients building their custom dream homes and financing small-​medium size business owners. Andrew then followed his passion for technology and began a corporate sales career with an industry leading provider of big data and cloud solutions consistently ranked as one of the top 3 global companies to work for.

Andrew utilizes his knowledge of the Triangle and network of professionals to ensure no matter the problem, there is a solution through a reasonably priced and reputable professional. Andrew is committed to providing each owner and tenant with a conscientious and personalized level of service by being accessible, accountable, and responsive.
