We specialize in design/build residential remodeling using our own crews.
History
Established in 1992.
We used to build luxury custom homes at Governors Club and other high end subdivisions in Chapel Hill. We are a former DOCHBA «Builder of the Year». In partnership with the Town of Chapel Hill we have also build affordable housing for low and moderate income buyers.
Today we are a Certified Green Professional (CGP), specializing in green built residential design/build projects using our own crews. We are also currently training for the Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) designation.
