I had no problem with them until I tried to cancel my insurance(moved out of NC). I had to spend multiple days on hold, waiting for a customer service representative to simply confirm my account was terminated. No way to email, no way to do it online, not even a chat function. You HAVE to call and wait on hold. If you choose them for insurance, beware you may have to spend multiple days on the phone, and by «days» I mean that I am currently on hold, working on 4 hours, and this isn’t even my longest time being on hold with them. Worst customer service, ever!
