Barbara Clare Color Design

Barbara Clare is an amazing colorist! I was not quite sure what colors to choose for a room we were going to have painted, but knew it should be something special. I consider myself to be reasonably adept at color, but knew this was going to be a challenging room, and Barbara helped sort it all out. She was able to determine how the room was going to be used and based on that, come up with colors that would match the «vibe» we were going for. She knows an amazing amount about color, types of paint, and other things that help in making good choices. She was very professional and she worked hard to help us find the exact right shades (we ended up using 4 different colors in the room). More amazingly, when one of the colors ended up looking a little more fluorescent than the paint swatch when it was on the wall, so she was able to tell us what tint to add to the paint to mellow it and it worked perfectly! We are so happy with our room. Given the expense of painting a large room, it makes so much sense to use a colorist and I would strongly recommend Barbara!
