Honestly the best car wash expereince I have ever had. After sap from a tree had nearly turned the top of my car black, the normal car wash hadn’t completely gotten the stuff off. The manager saw this and handwashed my car completely for free. And he really did a wonderful job, got it all off. This place is great– I always feel like my car is taken care of here. This type of customer service is rare, and I highly recommend this place. I will be going here from now on.

Water from the laser wash knocked my toyota emblem off the front of the car, wanted to check at the war wash for it… but the manager interceded. Manager acted very rude implying that it was my fault the emblem came off and the machines are touchless. However, I showed him another emblem that also was knocked loose after the last wash. He never took responsibility or even apologized for the situation, which is fine I guess. But what really bothered me is that he acted that I was looking for money from the situation. What poor customer service that is simply out of touch with society.
People will probably still go here because its convenient, but I wont.

I parked underneath a tree, and the next day, I was surprised to approach my car, covered in berries. Peeved, I brought my car to the closest car wash: Autobath. I drove it through the automatic car wash, and even after the wash, it was still covered in berries. Even more peeved, I pulled into a self-​wash station.
I unknowingly asked the manager if he could break a ten, and he was able to. Without asking, he approached my car and realized my situation. He told me that it makes him sad when money goes to waste. In response, he hand washed my car for me for free. He completely embodies customer service. My experience was fantastic!

One of two car washes in Chapel Hill. How sad for the car lover. Typically touch-​less laser wash. If your car is super dirty, it will continue to be dirty upon exit. It is good for getting the dust off, but that is about it…
