Bought tires for 2 cars. Tires were good but the Customer service was excellent! Good customer service is key to earning the consumers trust and repeat business. Keep up the great work!

I’ve come here a couple times for tire patches and always a quick painless experience.

After going around and calling about every tire place in town, not only did these guys have the lowest prices, but outstanding service. They are very helpful on the phone and answer quickly every time. Don’t waste your time calling around because you won’t get anywhere. I will be getting my tires replaced tomorrow and will post a follow up!

I had a slow leak in a tire that they patched in 20 minutes for $ 20!
Brandon was able to tell me when there would be an exact opening in the bay, not «leave it and we will get around to it.»
I will definitely go back for my next tire needs. Very clean shop with professional, courteous employees.

These guys at Tire Stop are seriously the BEST crew I have ever dealt with. Having moved from the Hampton Roads area, all I had to go by were the ratings I had seen online from this place. Let me say that they absolutely delivered! Not only were they a big help in the used tire department, they were really informative as far as PSI standards for my car and for the actual tire. They knew thier stuff! I’ll definitely be a returning customer and will recommend them to anyone looking for new and/​or used tires! To top it off they probably should do some comedy skit on the side, the guys are pretty hilarious! Oh and Maggie the cat definitely knows her way around the shop!

Ran over 2 nails in a nearly new tire. Took it to a local place who said it couldn’t be plugged. Ha!
These fellas took care of it quick, easy and cheap. Didn’t try to sell me new tires which was nice. Told me what they could do and did it.

This place was fantastic! In and out in 15 minutes. You can’t get better than that! I strongly recommend you check them out!

Customer service was great, price was good. I bought 4 Michelin tires and alignment approximately 2 months ago. Was told they would last me atleast 2 years with proper rotation and air pressure, they only lasted about 2 months approximately.
Contacted the company and came in spoke to the staff and they resolved all the issues with out any complaints, backed up their service and products with warranties.
Couldn’t be more pleased.
Would highly recommend getting work done here, and would come back.

Amazing, fast service! Arrived at my destination and woke up the next day realizing there was a flat. There was a screw in the tread area. We placed our spare tire on & headed here after reading other Unilocal reviews. These guys put a plug in it, took the spare off, and put the new (pumped up and fixed) tire on for us. Done in about 10 – 15 minutes. Rides great! Would recommend to anyone who needs a tire fixed!!! Was also only $ 20! Couldn’t have went any better :)

Had a flat w/​what looked like a huge nail… three other shops looked at it and just said they could not plug it. These guys took the time to pull the item — turns out it had a huge «head» but what actually punctured the tire was small. Plugged and on my way in 20 minutes! Very reasonably priced — all on a Sunday! Plus the friendliest cat I have ever seen.

I went here with a hole in a tire. I had run over a screw the night before. I went to their shop driving on my spare. They said they could fix it in 10 minutes for $ 20. Then they offered to put it on for free. I was out in less than 10 minutes.
Don’t go to any dealership or anyplace else for tires. These guys are great, go here!

New to the area. Got a nail stuck in my tire. Got two estimates with $ 400+ being the most expensive to fix my one tire since they are run flat tires. Called these guys and was told that’s not the case at all. And to drive right over. He took me right away. Super pleasant. Met the famous friendly cat. It’s no wonder they have so many great reviews. They are honest hard working people here.

Unbelievable service! They have a cat in the waiting room that is so cute and friendly, he was my favorite part. I’m actually sitting in the shop as I write this because i am so pleased. The staff is very friendly and I got four tires for half the price of what I was quoted at the dealership. They said a half hour and I’m out of here. My car was at the dealership for the entire day and they did nothing but look at my tires. Do your business here! I know I will be back and I will recommend them to everyone!

Seriously, if you need tires, new or used, GO HERE. It’s a privately owned, highly reviewed, really great business. I was pretty sure I needed a new set of tires for my car and told the guy there as much. He looked at the tires and said no, they were fine, and in his opinion I shouldn’t let anyone tell me otherwise. He balanced them for me for $ 40 total and the car’s running great. Fast, friendly, honest folk. And they have a shop cat. Give them your business. It’s worth the drive.

If you get a flat, and you don’t want to waste time or money go to this place. KC and the Quality tire guys were great. I was in and out in five minutes, never pressured, and they fixed the tire I had and I probably saved $ 200. Also, if they couldn’t fix my tire, the replacement was only going to cost me 50 bucks for one with 60−70% tread on it. I’m getting a spare from them when they get one in so I don’t have to use that damned donut again

I’m truly shocked because even though another auto shop told me I needed tires immediately, Quality looked at my tires and said I didn’t need them right now. I repeat, they told me I DIDN’T NEED TO BUY tires. I don’t think I’ve ever left a car place where they didn’t imply my car was about to break down if I didn’t get $ 500 of this or that I had to spend $ 350 because my car was a death trap.
You’d better believe that when I DO need tires, I’m coming to Quality (and recommending them to everyone I know!).

I blew my tire out and needed a new one… that donut wasn’t going to last forever. These guys were recommended to me and after seeing their Unilocal reviews, I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Fast, inexpensive and very professional. Plus there’s an adorable cat that hangs out in the lobby. Only people with severe animal allergies should avoid this place.

Bought a used tire here almost two month ago and it started to go flat on me. Brought it back and they put an almost new tire on for only the cost of installation. Great customer service, super fast installation, affordable, and there is a super chill kitty in the waiting room! These guys are honest, hardworking and deserve your business.

After watching my significant other have a great experience when he needed a new tire as quick as possible due to a flat, I had it in my head that this was where I would go when I needed to purchase new tires. Because they are not a «fun» purchase I waited until we were in the middle of a snow storm to decide I needed to get tires asap after slipping and sliding down HWY 28 for work a week before.
Long story short I called at opening (mind you the snow was coming down pretty hard), went in 30 minutes later, sat in their clean lobby and played with their cats until I left with 4 all season Michelin tires at 85% and payed what I would’ve payed for 1.5 tires elsewhere.
Honest, friendly, quick service! You don’t get that sense that they’re annoyed you walked in for service like you do at most other places. They smile at you and are happy to serve you. I will recommend and no doubt return with my business in the future!
