History

Established in 2002.

In 2002 we opened as a franchise. We have serviced small businesses, home offices, and residents since we began operations. We began building custom computer systems in 2002 and have continued to do so to date.

In 2011 wiki began making a shift in our service platform from the break fix model, to the managed services model. We also provide online backup solutions. Automating our management and services has enabled us to provide better service to more customers with less effort and lower costs.

Our franchise agreement expired in 2012 and we opted to continue on as an independent consultant. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Business Owner

Frank has over 40 years of experience in various services.

He has spent 12 years in the commercial appliance service business, which included many types of equipment such as microwave, steam, dry heat, gas, hot water, etc. as well as the control systems that manage these types of equipment.

He spent two years as a meat cutter, five years as a cabinet maker and carpenter and the last 18 years in IT.
