I am a previous customer and returned to Sully yesterday In opes of purchasing rugs and carpets for my home which is currently under renovation. I am shopping for flooring for a three floor home including multiple staircases. In my previous experience I had both exceptional customer service but an equally good installation experience with products that were long lasting and durable. When I arrived my friend and interior decorator was waiting in the foyer with a dubious expression on her face. I was then greeted with the most hostile front desk attendant in recent memory. Setting the tone for what would become the worst experience I have ever had in a retail experience. After introducing myself and explaining that I was a returning customer the attendant told me she had already been made aware of that and we had arrived without an appointment and we should not expect to be attended to as she had other customers to work with who had appointments. There was not a single other person in the showroom for the 30 or so minutes we were there. I explained that in addition to requesting an appointment multiple times by email without a response and calling many times without even a voicemail answering that I had driven to the location despite the distance from my home soley based on what a great experience I had shopping with them in the past. She explained that the showroom was very different than it was 12 years ago and you couldn’t simply walk in. I was interrupted as I again tried to explain that I had sent several emails through there website. She said that wasn’t possible as they had received nothing. Despite this my friend and I decided to continue to shop in hopes that this was just a sales person who was having a very terrible horrible day! We all have them. Unfortunately it went from bad to worse and and when the sales person explained she was one of the owners of the business I realized the problem was not just with a grouchy sales person. We experienced hostile, rude, and unprofessional behavior that was absolutely unreasonable. Very much has changed in the years since my first experience with Sully and all of it negative. I would not ever shop here again and strongly advise you to find somewhere else to shop.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. Absolutely appalling customer service. I called ahead to see if I could come by to look at some time(literally, just glance) without an appointment. Since they don’t give you samples(or let you buy them), I took out my phone to take a picture of a collection I had seen on line. A woman burst out of the sidelines and demanded me to delete my photo. When I refused, she demanded that I GIVEHERMYPHONE! Are you kidding me? She was atrocious… proceeded to literally follow me around while I looked for 10 mins, absolutely lied to me when I asked her the manufacturer of a certain tile(the same pic is on their freaking website) and refused to give me any additional information without an appointment. This place must be a front for something else b/c I have no idea how they make any money or retain any customers. It was quite literally the rudest I have been treated by a design place, ever. AWFUL!

Had to laugh when I read the other review. This place does have horrible customer service! My husband and I stopped in today to get some back splash ideas and check out a tile vendor we had briefly looked at online. The sales associate acted like we shouldn’t have been there(it was a Saturday when appointments aren’t required). She did nothing to help us and we had to ask many times to get a price for a tile we liked. We also mentioned what our granite looked like. A true sales person would say oh you know what might look good as well as that one you picked? We were the only people in there too. Her and her coworkers biggest objective it seemed was to make sure one of them was in the room with us at all times. Not helping us. Just standing over our shoulder. What did they think we were going to steal a sample. Unbelievable!

Worst customer service ever. If you want your interior designer to cancel appointments, not email you back, not return voicemails, and grossly overquote you, then Sully is the place for you. I’ve never seen worse customer service. Don’t ask questions, they’re not tolerated. If you are looking at Sully, you are looking at the wrong place. I’m surprised they sell anything with their attitude. F minus across the board. DONOTGOHERE.
