I have rented a house for three years from Long and foster with Barbara.
About her: She is rude and shows lot of attitude
I will tell you my experience with her. When she rented me a house. Bathrooms were dirty and uncleaned. When I send her the pics. She says, can you please clean it yourself. Which is fine. But even if you do clean professionally when leaving the house she will charge you a lot of money saying we have to do lot of cleaning after you left
My car was towed when I had a valid tag on my car. Barbara told me to pick the car and submit the receipt for reimburse. She never refunded my charges. She knows that I had valid tag on my car. Now if I ask her about the reimburse she reply’s saying. Long and foster/​Me have nothing to do with reimbursing
Trust me she is very rude in answering your queries after you buy or rent house from her. Not recommended at all. Stay away from Barbara and save your hard earned money

The Ron Rush team is OUTSTANDING — Ron helped us with two real estate transactions and we’re very grateful for his help. This was our third house sale over the past 20 years and Michael Rush, at Long and Foster’s Ron Rush office in South Riding, was by far the most market-​knowledgeable realtor with whom we have ever worked.
We first met with Michael in January 2013 to discuss a timeline for selling our South Riding house during the Spring. He came to the meeting ‘loaded for bear’, providing us with a detailed evaluation of the market, recommendations for making our home more marketable, and providing us with an estimated listing price. We were definitely impressed.
We met with him again in mid-​March, reviewed an updated set of market data, and agreed to list with him the following Thursday. We accepted a full-​price offer for our house the following Sunday and closed at the end of April.
If there’s one word that describes Michael, it is ‘meticulous’. From our very first meeting it was obvious that he was going to make sure that every ‘i’ was dotted and ‘t’ was crossed. Throughout the selling process he provided us with an ongoing stream of e-​mail and phone updates, reminding us (and, at times, re-​reminding us) of approaching deadlines. He was also extremely prompt in responding to our e-​mails and calls. It didn’t take us too long to realize that we could rest easy because Michael definitely had everything well in hand.
Michael has our highest possible recommendation as a realtor. Period.
