I wish i could give negative stars but I can’t. This company and owner is a joke and not sure why they are still in business. Alvaro, the owner doesn’t know how to run a business and I am pretty sure he has numerous unhappy customers and sellers. Not to mention all the lawsuits he probably have against him. BEWAREOFDYNA because they will find a way to rip you off somehow and will take your item or money. All the fake chinese stuff he sells online is just junk and nothing else. BEWARE!!!

Cheap stuff made in China. Caveat: PREVIEW, BUYERBEWARE! They repeat one photo, over and over. During pick up the item may or not be available. Sometimes they say that the shipment was delayed or is stuck at the«warehouse». Other times they say that you need to come back at a later day after they reorder the item. Management is non responsive to complaints. I am still waiting for item purchased in December 2013 and two others in June 2014. I have asked for refund, but they keep delaying Caveat: attend PREVIEW to check quality and VERIFY that items are available. Cancel credit card transaction immediately when they fail to deliver or they will keep you strung along for months. Too bad there are is no ZERO star rating. Buyer beware. You are better off going to and finding a responsible auctioneer.

I’ve bought a few items from them, but I’ve always attended inspections for anything purchased. I general it has worked out well for me, got some good stuff for a good price. One time however they had two of the same items, I bid on one(which was the one in better condition, and when I went to go pick it up they had given mine to someone else. So you really have to make sure they are paying attention, which they are not. It is buyer beware, but the payoff can be great.

I am writing this review from the point of a seller. I have never bought anything from Dynacorp. I have only sold items through their company. When I first contacted Dynacorp they were very responsive and took my merchandise I wanted sold happily. When I arrived at the warehouse I was told to sign a contract that indicated that within 10 business days a check would be mailed or could be picked up after the transaction completion date. This was not true. I worked with Dynacorp for about 8 – 9 months(I had a lot of items to sell) and not once was I given a check within 10 business days. To get a check it usually required me to call/email several times or go there myself to pick up. It was awful having to contact them over and over again throughout the months every time my items sold. Another thing to note as a seller is the disorganization of the warehouse. When you walk into the warehouse it is a gigantic mess. My items were piled in a corner with no organized way of figuring out what was and wasn’t sold and it could easily be mixed up with other neighboring items that were not mine. I was told the first day by Alvaro Perez(the owner) that all items would have individual stickers with numbers to create an inventory of the items. Not true. I went to their warehouse at least 4 times and each time my items were still not labeled with a sticker. I am done selling my items with DynaCorp and probably will not go through them again. I am still waiting for my last check to close out my account but it has been 3 plus months and still no sign. Alvaro responds with«Will do» but never actually sends the check. The only reason why this company gets a 1 star would be that they charge 35% commission which is better than most consignment stores(they usually charge 50%) but if you aren’t getting your checks on time, it might not be worth it.

These people are total crooks. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. My husband and I purchased a piece of artwork from them that they described on their website as a limited addition by a famous artist. It was not until after we purchased the item and took it to an appraiser that we found out that it was not at all what they described and was in fact a worthless reprint. When we confronted them about this they refused to take it back and claimed that because they offer an inspection period(during which you can go to their office and view the item – not take it somewhere to be appraised) we should have known better and they are not responsible. Well, we are not art appraisers and did not have any reason to believe that they would blatantly lie in the item description. So, now we are off to small claims court. If you read my other reviews on this site you will see that I am not someone who posts frequently to complain about things, but I would hate for someone else to go through what we are going through. PLEASEBEWAREOFTHISCOMPANY.

Don’t trust these people at all! The description of items are at best completely misleading, but in my opinion they deliberately lie about the items — their authenticity, condition, etc. Their policies are ambiguous and if you’re unlucky enough to open a dispute with them be prepared for months of waiting for nothing. In my experience this this is a classic bait and switch operation hiding behind vague terms and conditions. Buyer beware!

Decent auctions, very nice pictures and fairly easy to deal with but beware(like anything in life). They do not do a very good job of identifying items. In other words, let’s say its a Coach purse, they will list it as a «Coach Purse» but not say the style or whether or not it is a genuine item. You would have to go to their facility to look at the item, but they would never change the description or do any validation/research to make the information valuable to the public. Also, their customer support is not that great — i emailed a few times and never got a response. One time i emailed regarding an issue i had and quoted their policies to which I never heard back and then saw them change the policy a week later. Basically i assume everything is fake from these guys. Pickup is in an office shared with a dental whitening ‘office’ so it is kinda sketchy walking in…
