CSA Granite & Marble

We absolutely love our new granite counters, one of our neighbors shared your work on Facebook and we called and immediately were able to book an appointment and schedule for the work to be done very quickly. The crew was on time and very neat, we had no clean up afterwards. Our Venetian Gold granite counters are beautiful! We also received a complimentary matching cutting board! Cost were well within our budget, you won’t be disappointed.

We have been looking to install granite countertops in our kitchen for some time and finally decided to bite the bullet– and every time I walk into our beautiful kitchen, I am so glad we chose CSA Granite & Marble!
From our experience, everything went extremely smooth from start to finish– we called them on Tuesday, Albert came out Wednesday to do the quote, and we had everything installed on Friday. For the quote, he brought out samples of the granite, gave us a suggestion of which one to choose (which we ended up going with), we picked out a new sink and faucet from the catalog he had, went over the straightforward pricing, and that was it. The installation guys were on time and professional, and work was completed as expected and promised. The end product is our kitchen went from blah to wow and it was more affordable than what we were expecting (that never seems to happen)!
Albert followed up with us to make sure everything was installed properly and that we were happy (we were). All in all a great experience!

Last month CSA completed my granite installation and the process with Albert was smooth from start to finish. The price was great and the installation team did a nice job. From quote to final payment the CSA team took care of everything in between with great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone seeking countertop/​sink installation.

CSA Granite has completed two jobs for me so far including granite counters in two kitchens and quartz countertops in two bathrooms. The prices are significantly lower than other quotes I received, the craftsmanship is second to none, and the customer service even better. Albert is responsive and honest and I will do business with CSA Granite at every opportunity.

I have been shopping around for granite for a long time. I overheard a co-​worker talking about how good of a deal he got on granite so I was intrigued. I called the number and they were out the next day to give me a quote and take measurements. When I was told the price I thought there was a catch because everyone else had a catch. No catch! Not only was the quote about half the competition, I had the granite installed 4 days later and couldn’t be happier. They were all very professional and only took about 3 hours to install. My kitchen looks great now! If you are in the market for granite, look no further than CSA Granite. I was not paid anything for my endorsement even if it sounds that way. I have referred several people their way already. You will not be disappointed.

I have to disagree with some of the other reviews. CSA Granite came in and took care of me from start to finish and the counters couldn’t have come out better. They gave me the choice to select granite from their inventory or the larger Cosmos warehouse. (This saved me almost $ 500!
From day one, Alber accommodated each and every request I had. He was super friendly and took same day measurements. He even threw in two cutting boards and sink grids.
Couldn’t be happier with their customer service! Highly recommend!

CSA Granite & Marble was very frustrating and dishonest in their business practices. I hired them to install quartz in a new kitchen and everything went smoothly until they incorrectly cut/​installed the piece around my sink. It was to be a slight overmount and instead it was cut along the same profile as the sink.
Instead of making a fuss and having them redo the sink cut-​out (didn’t want to add to enviromental waste) with a new piece, they said that they would cut the remaining quartz slab which I had already paid for, for another piece of furnishings. Alper («Albert») Toker was very quick and gracious to say he would take care of it and was happy to do so. I provided him with the dimensions for the new piece and he ignored my texts, my voice messages, etc. Alper finally wrote back a text apologizing for the delay and he would furnish my piece asap. A month later, nothing. I texted him again and requested the piece and again, no response.
Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I would not recommend to anyone. I feel terrible and taken advantage of. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even report to BBB because they’re not listed!.. nor on Angie’s List, etc. I would have given them ZERO stars on Unilocal,but I think 1 star is the lowest.
