Byron J.
Business Owner
Byron is the owner of ChuckWagon Charlie’s, Chuckwagon Catering, the Chanhassen Event Center, and Special Events Catering and is a passionate culinarian. Byron also teaches culinary art at a local culinary school; has a doctorate in education from Hamline University and loves food. He was a Manage and chef for Hilton Hotels, Mississippi Live and much more. He has worked with smoked food since his childhood growing up on a self-sufficient farm in North Dakota where he learned how to butcher, cook, and appreciate real food and authentic scratch cooking. He learning the Barbecue Business in Fort Worth Texas and give it his own touch.
