History

Established in 2008.

In 2001 Kevin Kludy went into Real Estate and mostly worked with owners of investment property. They would purchase a property and hire a property manager to take care of it for them. He found that after several unpleasant experiences, these investors were calling him to see if he would take on their property management responsibilities. The service he provided was just what they were looking for and Wealth Builder Real Estate Services was created in 2008 specializing in property management. Since that time, the business continued to grow and Mark Kludy joined Kevin to keep up with the demand and now manage properties all over the East Valley.
