Great service again! This visit I had to be towed in after the engine stopped running and began to leak oil. After inspection, it was determined that a valve spring broke and damaged the head. We agreed that an engine replacement would be the most econmical choice. Engine installed, runs great and done right. Great service and price. Great job guys!

We needed new tires for our car and I called Nick at Tire Pros after doing a Google search for places near our new house. I was so pleased with my experience! Nick was very nice and helpful and the price that we got was great. Dropped our car off at 8am on a Saturday and picked it up by 4. Could not have asked for better service or a better experience!
And they do oil changes too.
Will definitely be going back to Tire Pros!

Top notch customer service! Nick contacted me because I was having terrible issues with the queen creek tire pros (completely different owner). He offered to fix THEIR mistake free of charge and he did it in just one day where queen creek couldn’t get it right after multiple attempts and months of time. Stay away from the queen creek location and give your hard earned money to the store that deserves it! I promise you the drive to Chandler store is worth not having to deal with the headache of poor quality work!
My truck now drives smooth and problem free! Thanks again Nick!

Found these guys after Sun Devil auto was blatantly deceptive. I’ve taken three cars, two trucks, a class C RV and a toy hauler to them for repairs and/​or tires. Great work and very honest!!!

Awesome service as usual, I keep telling all of my friends and family about this place. I was first turned on to this Tire Pros through a serch on Unilocal,and have been coming to them ever since. Good and honest staff, they explain everything thoroughly and even have a window you can look through as they service your vehicle. These guys have nothing to hide at all.

Got my front struts done here and they did a good job. They got me in pretty quickly and nice waiting area. I guess they misquoted me over the phone for my struts because they didn’t include the labor or something. I was wondering why it was so cheap, but the manager stuck to the price I was given.

These guys are awesome. I found this company on Groupon while hunting for a good deal on an oil change package. Six oil changes on two vehicles later. I am a repeat customer for life. I have purchased new tires as well as a wheel bearing job recently completed. As a female you feel as if you can be targeted when it comes to vehicle repair, but these guys are extremely honest and great! Will be back for more, when the time comes! Thanks!

The guys here are great! Especially Nick and Nathan, I only know their two names. My hubby had no air conditioning in his car and the price that I was getting from friends was about the same price I got from these guys! I called in the morning, dropped off the car, and it was ready the same day.
The shop is kept clean and doesn’t have that dirty garage smell, they have a couple vending machines, and a TV to keep occupied if waiting.
I feel like this place is more about getting and keeping customers happy rather than some of the other places that price gouge patrons once and don’t get them to come back. I’m okay with driving the 20 miles to bring our vehicles here from our house.

After my first oil change with them I have never taken my cars anywhere else. I have been here quite a few times over the past year and every time I go, my oil change is done in less than an hour. Compared to 1 – 2 hours everywhere else. They are very honest, have never given me any outrageous quotes. They also havent told me something needs to be fixed when it doesn’t, which I get a lot at other places since I’m a young female. Great place! Would definitely recommend.

Took my car for oil change and alignment. Made an appt so got my car there on Wed. However they did not fix the alignment at all and it was still obviously off. My boyfriend took my car there twice after and they kept saying they were busy. Ok fine finally made an appt on Saturday. Called me exactly at 4 pm that day and told me SORRY he forgot they close at 4. So I didn’t have a car the whole weekend and had to get a ride Monday morning to work. Seriously just coz i already paid they were being a jerk about fixing it again. We all know we NEED CAR in Arizona. What kind of company would call exactly at closing time knowing i can’t go pick it up immediately. Would not go back again they can’t even fix alignment something so simple.

By far the best experience I have ever had in a auto shop. My tire had a leak in it, and i decided to get an oilxh nge while I was there. The service was outstanding, they take care of their customers and they have gained a life long customer in me. Fair prices, affordable, and they do not try to tell you things are wrong that arent. They could have easily just sold me a new tire but they insisted it only needed to be fixed and that my tiresare in great shape! 1st class service!!!

Phoned on a whim, midday on a Saturday, inquiring if they had time to provide a synthetic oil change on my Mazda. They did. This was the first time I had brought my car in and was pleased with the service. I thought there might have been an issue with the air conditioning and Chris was able to check it out and professionally reported nothing wrong. The interior of the store was clean and they offered a comfortable, air-​conditioned TV room to wait in while the car was being serviced. Service time was less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased!

Had a tire blow out on me when I absent mindedly hit a curb and and needed a same day replacement. Normally I’m a very loyal Discount Tire customer, but for some reason DC decided to close al their stores a half day early on a Saturday for an employee party. I’m all for giving your employees recognition and rewarding them, but it seems like a silly thing to do to shut down unannounced on a Saturday which is the only day a lot of your customers can come in for service. But I digress…
So Nick gets me in at the end of the day, in and out with a new tire and alignment in about 40 minutes (alignment was truly needed, not an upsell, I hit that curb *hard*). Not only have I never had Discount do a job this quick for just a tire change, but they do a lot of services here (i.e. alignment) that Discount can’t do so its nice to have one-​stop-​shopping if you need a few other minor services with your tires. All of it was at a great price, especially with the Unilocal discount.
Nick was super friendly, got me in and out, and didn’t try to upsell me or push services I didn’t need which is unfortunately a rarity nowadays. I’ll be back…

I needed 4 tires installed on my car. I called around to different places but Tire Pros gave me the best quote. I took my car in at 8am and 40 minutes later, it was ready. I even took advantage of the Unilocal deal — saved $ 25 off the final price. I plan on going back when the other car needs new tires!

These guys are fantastic!
We have gone to them for numerous repairs and services and their attention to detail and customer care is hands down the best. They are not pushy in the least, their prices are always competitive and they always go above and beyond the standard to ensure that you are happy. Every time I leave I know that my family vehicle has been cared for and is safe for the road.
I refer everyone I can and will continue to do the same.
Don’t bother going anywhere else, call them first and they will definitely take care of you!

After a botched rack and pinion replacement through Joe’s Tires, the guys at Tire Pros were more than willing to not only fix THEIR problem but also get my car back up and running with new control arms that they had seen during the alignment (in addition to re-​doing the alignment for free after replacing the lower control arms). Service was top notch and customer service is a huge deal to this location. Would recommend.

Nice people, fair prices.
They lost a star since a 1.25 hour job turned into a 2.5 hr job. I arrived at the time they told me it would be done but when I got there they had not started the work. I had to wait 1 hr 15 min which was not only a waste of time, but it made me miss running two errands I wanted to get done, and my gym time for the day.
