Description

Specialties

I am a former government attorney who runs a full-service immigration law office in Chandler AZ. I have eight years of experience and have seen our immigration system operate at virtually every level: from the immigration courts and administrative offices, all the way to the federal courts of appeals.

History

Established in 2015.

After spending nearly a decade litigating immigration cases with the U.S. Department of Justice, I decided it was time to start helping people on an individual level. As a father of two and the owner of a law office, there is nothing I value more than family and the pursuit of a dream. Whether you’re coming to the United States to be closer to family or to work, you will need the help of an experienced immigration practitioner. I look forward to exploring how my background in the federal government can help you and your family.

Meet the Business Owner

Kristofer M.

Business Owner

I graduated from California Western School of law school with high honors and, upon graduation, was hired into the Attorney General Honors Program. In that program, I had the opportunity to clerk in two of the busiest immigration courts in the country — Los Angeles and Miami — and write orders for dozens of immigration judges. That experience gave me a rare glimpse of our immigration system by seeing from the immigration judges’ perspective. After my two-year clerkship ended, I moved to Washington D.C. and began working with the Department of Justice Office of Immigration Litigation. I spent six years with that office, and in that time, litigated hundreds of immigration appeals in virtually every federal circuit in the country, with an emphasis on complex criminal issues. I moved to Arizona with my family in the summer of 2015 to open my own practice, and I am thrilled to use the insight I gained as a government attorney to help my clients pursue their dreams in this country.
