Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by «laying on hands» and is based on the idea that an unseen «life force energy» flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s «life force energy» is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

I am a powerful healer and work on whatever issues you may have. Each session is tailored to your individual needs. I also will use crystals and essential oils when needed and with your approval to enhance any healing.

Sunlight of the Spirit Reiki is the lifelong culmination Joe’s Spiritual quest and his call to serve, helping people to enjoy a better life, a life of fulfillment and joy.

Joe is blessed with the freedom to follow his dream and calling to provide a service to people desiring it through Reiki and Blue Star Celestial Energy Healing and general life betterment counseling. It takes balance in all four areas to achieve the person you are meant to be. He continues to explore, adding to his skills and Spiritual connections to better help those who seek him out.

Joe has always been aware of an available energy that could flow through him and has intuitively used it to help people heal. Once he retired he began a quest to deepen his spirituality and to explore different energy healing modalities. Reiki resonated with him and he became a Usui and Seichem Reiki Master and a Blue Star Celestial Energy Master. His extensive course work in counseling compliment his work tremendously.
