Finally a Doctor that really knows his stuff and has a great staff.
I have wasted thousands on other clinics with no results at all. Just started a few weeks ago and already feel better and all of my issues are heading in the right direction.
I have body chemistry issues that are literally out of my control, Dr. McWilliams is the first to tell me that and fully explained why and how it all works. Being in my mid 40s I just couldn’t understand how a balanced diet and working out was panning no results for me, he explained it and set me on a course of repair. Already solved my energy and strength issues and had a 12.4 pound weight loss the first week with very little effort.
Be ready for an education, he spends quality time and fills you in on everything.
I will continue to go here, excited to see the results a year from now.

Dr. Ken has been helping keep my family healthy for a few years now. From adjustments, trigger point injections, general medical care (cold, flu etc.) to pain management and therapy from various combat sports injuries. Dr. Ken and his staff will treat you with the utmost respect and care.

I was so hesitant to make that first appointment and kept putting it off, but I’m so glad I finally did make that call. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ken for almost 2 years, and I’m feeling better now than I did years ago! Getting older can be «not so fun», but I now know that it doesn’t have to be that way. With the combination of nutrition, fitness and the right balance of hormones, I can definitely say I have a better sense of well being and outlook. You will be hard pressed to find a better overall experience than the care you will receive at Solaris .Dr Ken’s expertise is evident immediately and his ability to listen is one of his best skills.
The staff is pleasant and as discreet as you need for any and all of your calls. They always greet you warmly and keep Dr Ken on schedule !

My family and I have been coming to Dr. McWilliams for several years. He has helped us with orthopedic issues, to helping me cope with and treat a serious medical issue I have been battling for years. After dozens of specialists and 10 surgeries, Doc looked outside of the box and helped find a less invasive way to treat me. He helped me both physically and emotionally. It is rare to find a doctor that treats you as part of their family. He genuinely cares for his patients and will try to find solutions, not just bandaids. The only negative we can say about Doc is that he will not be moving his practice with us when we move.

I have been on hormone replacement therapy for years from a hysterectomy. I am pretty versed on hormone replacement. I recently moved to Phoenix and found Solaris & Dr. McWilliams. We did the initial appointment and discussed what I needed and what I wanted as far as my health care goes. He informed me that it was against AZ law for women to give a prescription for Testosterone. His exact words. I questioned that as it is a widely used prescription across the country for women and hormone replacement. He was adamant. I just didn’t believe him so after I left I went to two pharmacies, Walgreens and Safeway, and both said yes, not only did they stock it, they fill it for women on a widely regular basis.
So either he is a completely uninformed doctor or he has a problem being truthful with his patients. Either way that is completely unacceptable. I did go back in for my follow up appointment and injection that I was forced to have done there, with the same drug I could of gotten at a tenth of the price at Walgreens. I brought up the fact that I could get a prescription for my medicine and I would like to see about getting one. The one receptionist was very nice and even told me that he has several women patients who get prescriptions for the very drug I was told I could not as it was against AZ law. She was then interrupted by the other receptionist who became very rude to not only me, but her coworker and said that they don’t write prescriptions, that is their policy. I have to come into their office and pay 30 times the price of what I should be paying and have paid for the last 12 years.
To be honest, I knew he was a flake the first time I met him, but I was out of my medicine so back I went. Just be wary if you decide this is the doc for you. You won’t get the truth and your bank account will feel it.

Dr. McWilliams is a very unique professional whom I’m very fortunate to be treated by. He has an incredible array of knowledge which separates him from the rest, along with his proactivity to heal his patients he takes the time to explain everything in detail which is extremely comforting to anyone under his care. The staff at Solaris is also worth a mention as they have always been incredibly helpful, bending their needs to fit mine in times of need which is something that I rarely come across in any business.

Dr. Ken has treated me multiple times for multiple issues and they have all been excellent.
From pain in my neck and back, to seasonal colds and allergies. He is always very thorough with his treatments and ensures that he gives you everything that you may need. There is nothing better than seeing a Dr. that actually listens to you and is willing to provide you multiple treatments for you to ensure you get back to a healthier state.
