Save your money and time!!! I went into the salon for an all over color and haircut. My hair before was mid back length with ombré color. I asked for all over black color and a shoulder length style(I did show pictures of a cut I liked). The stylist was very nice and friendly. Although the color and style of my hair was horrible! During the process of coloring my hair the stylist kept apologizing for getting dye on my face and wiping it off. I actually did not notice until I left that I still had black hair dye on my neck, ear and forehead. I had to scrub it to come off. Usually after you get your hair done you leave the salon and are able to go out and show off your new hair but I had to go home and shower. In regards to the all over color… I was disappointed because this is my first time getting an all over color(usually I get highlights or ombré.) but seriously I didn’t think it be hard to color my entire head the same color??? Boy was I wrong! From sitting in the salon chair I could not see the sides of my hair or the back.(I didn’t think a stylist you pay $$$ would miss a spot) When I left the salon I noticed two strips on the side and one on the back of brown color hair. How could you miss this??? I was more shocked than when she blow dried my hair she didn’t offer to fix it. I know she saw it. Who could of missed it? Apparently I did since I didn’t inspect the color at the salon. I had to go to the store to buy a box of hair dye to fix it. As in the hair cut it did not turn out like the photo I showed. It’s short and uneven. I am so embarrassed about my hair. It can’t be fix until it does grow out.

I bought a Groupon and came here earlier this year for a cut, color and some highlights. I was told that since I wanted«caramel» colored highlights that I would have to pay extra(I was told that my Groupon included blonde highlights and would require additional haircolor for the caramel look)… $ 40 extra to be exact. I had never paid to have my highlights be a certain color elsewhere(especially THAT much), but I wanted it done so I accepted the price.(BTW… I was quoted a different price for the caramel highlights on the phone by a different employee in advance; told him my hair length and everything. When I got to the salon the owner had told my stylist to charge a higher price. When all was said and done, I still paid a total of $ 165 for everything… Ouch!) The stylist was very sweet but the highlights came out blonde. Ugh! This is what I specifically paid extra to NOT have. After I got home, I decided to call and ask for a redo on the highlights. They fit me in right away which was the only upside. When the stylist was done, she said that if I wanted my hair dried I would have to pay $ 25 per owner’s rules. Really? I felt like I was being punished for wanting my hair redone… Even though it was NOT what I asked or paid extra for originally. What kind of business lets their unsatisfied customers leave with a wet head, not having a way to know what their color truly looks like? Very unprofessional. When I got home, the color still wasn’t what I wanted but at that point I figured what’s the use? If you read the other reviews, you’ll see how poorly people are treated if they aren’t happy. This place does not care at all about customer satisfaction.

I had a great experience with Ashley as my stylist. She was personable and made me feel very comfortable. The other stylists were very nice as well. I love my new cut just in time for our Arizona summers! I will be back and definitely tell my friends

I was not adequately informed about the services provided and was charged additional fees. I was also not satisfied with the coloring of my hair and was turned away without reconciliation. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Booked a cut and color through Groupon and had WORST experience with the receptionist who told me he is the owner when I called to complain. During my session I found dark brown color marks on my arm(whom the stylist apologized and got off) and afterward, at home, I found color all over the top of my forehead, eye brow area and skin around my hairline. I called and spoke with NILE about my complaint and during our conversation these things occurred: NILE couldn’t get my name correct, NILE hung up on me, NILE called me a liar when I repeatedly spelled my name for him, and after I called him back and asked him if he had hung up on me NILE told me he did so because I didn’t even know my name and when I asked for his manager/the owner to complain about HIM, he told me he was the owner. When my husband got on the phone with NILE, he also spelled my name for him and when I got back on the phone, NILE told me, «Even your friend says your name matched what I’m saying it is». NILE also cursed at me during our lovely conversation. WOW!!! This salon had one other client, me, and a receptionist, NILE, sucking on a coffee drink straw, staring out the strip mall window. When I walked in I got that sinking feeling(besides the weird vibe, it’s dirty) and considered leaving. Wish I would’ve. Oh, and also, I had to fill the empty toilet paper roll in the dirty bathroom .My bank refunded my tip amount for me and here is my advice for anyone thinking they are going to a funky, upbeat salon: RUN! Worst experience EVER and if NILE really is the owner, good luck with that.

I purchased a groupon that was honored and thought I’d built a nice rapport with my stylist as I am new to the area and was looking for a regular place to have my hair done. Showed her a picture, great conversation. She took her time giving me a cut. No complaints. When done I felt it a little heavy on the sides and we even discussed it a bit. Told Ashley I would play with it a few days and if I needed more off I could come back. That’s when my otherwise nice experience went south. I called to make a follow up appointment and they said it would be an extra charge, just three days later. I was also accused of taking tools out of Ashley’s hands. I DID use the flat iron to touch up the top — but I in no way, would never take something from someones hands — ESPECIALLY since they’re working on my hair! The front desk person is abrupt — not only in handling my follow up call, but calling to tell me I could come in earlier. This place is a «wanna-be» high end shop — they have a LOT of growing up to do. I believe in building a relationship with my stylist and going back for years and sending friends to someone you trust with your hair. I believe a business should stand by their work. If you’re of the same opinion this is NOT the salon for you!

With my healthy, long tresses in hand prior to their utter ruining I viewed pictures of my expectations regarding ombré and rested assured as I made an appointment with this establishment thinking that they would hit the proverbial nail on the head. I had just unfortunately left my first job after moving back to Arizona in preparation for the latter again and only 150 dollars remained in my pocket as a result, therefore, I planned to use it to break the monotony and have my hair colored. I scoured the virtual horizons for this place, and was subsequently disillusioned. The person who left me with botched strings of hay was completely lacking in skill in respect to the ombré practice specifically. I asked for balayage which involves freehand coloring of the hair without the use of foils, yet she continued to use foils anyway, following up by saying, «I like to use foils because it’s more comfortable for me.» Well, that’s absolutely wonderful, and feel free to share more long-winded and completely irrelevant information with me after you finish. However, though your perception of exceptional customer service may be clouded, I’m paying you with my wherewithal — or lack thereof in my current state of impoverished living and personified crestfallen hair — to complete my hair related task promptly as described in grave detail. This was the moment I realized that I should have followed my gut feeling and scurried from the site immediately. The head of hair I currently possess is of Asian descent; knowing this, one can posit that it would be extremely difficult to lift, but I beg to differ. I asked specifically for a gray-like ash tone that would compliment my naturally snide personality, and to add a bit of edge. But when she finished using her foils, I and washed my hair out, it shared a close semblance with that of hay. And oh I’m not finished, she made me brush out my own hair because she had an inability to due to my incessant facial expressions which demonstrated sheer pain and agony. I was extremely furious, but given my inherent kind and calm demeanor I swallowed a globus pharingys seething with rage and resentment and slapped a smile on my face so to speak. After such had transpired I was sent to the desk to pay for my medium-length botched hair to be complete in totality. I told the man at the desk I was extremely dissatisfied and he continued to speak to me in a condescending tone saying that it looked fine and if I wanted to come in to have it fixed I would have to pay a whopping 30 dollars that I didn’t have! I then continued to show a picture of what I initially wanted and he said that the certain type of hair I was showing didn’t look good on all skin tones. I was completely in shock when he had said that, and despite my brown skin my face turned red. After that, he had the audacity to charge me 150 dollars for having his uncultured litter-mate destroy my hair, I went to sleep crying tears of anger and resentment that night at the fact that I would have to live with it for the next 10 or so months until my beautiful hair grows back. I do not recommend you go to this place for anything. I received horrendous customer service and it was the equivalent of purgatory, no, I am not over exaggerating. And I would love to rip off my hair and create an open-talk event where I stand on stage and demonstrate how incorrectly done it was to the notional audience.

Ashley is amazing! I randomly stumbled upon this place with a groupon & was able to get an appointment 30 mins later. I’m super picky & have only had about 2 haircuts in my life I’m happy with and this makes 3! At first I was a little stressed out when I saw some long pieces hit the ground. But I soon realized she knew exactly what she was doing. She listened to what I wanted out of my cut and made it even better than I had hoped for! Ashley took her time cutting my hair, blow dried, & styled it. I got home & was beyond happy with how she shaped my hair. I love it! I’ve never left a review before but was so happy that I will definitely be going back for my haircuts in the future & I absolutely recommend her.

This place is great! I previously got a very bad haircut at another salon and had been waiting for it to grow out. My hair had tons of dead ends and was still a little uneven– Lexi did an incredible job making it look amazing! I finally don’t have to pull it back everyday. THANKYOU :)

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I bought a groupon for a cut highlights and style. My stylist did not even blow dry my hair so I didnt get to see the«finished product» until I was home. My carmel highlights were bright red and my hair was uneven in places. Like there were 10 strands that were like an inch longer and even in pony tail could see it. I called company they said come back and same person who messed it up would«try to fix it «. I was also angry bc I asked for a trim of an inch or two amd the girl took my pony tail and cut like 6 in off before we even colored or started. She said she didnt want to waste her product. I refused to go back to the same stylist and they refused to let me see someone else. I eventually went through groupon and got a refund. Seriously steer clear. I should have left when the stylist said she tried to dye her own hair purple and instead turned out grey. She then had to die bluish to get grey color out. Yes she was at a nice«upscale» salon with short blueish purple hair.
