Sierra Pool Service & Repair

We have used Sierra Pool Service for many years (7+ years) and they are the best. They have maintained our pools (at our house and our rentals) perfectly, have great service and great prices. I am a very active, full time Realtor and have asked Earl to go look at several pools for me during the sales process. He always goes out right away and is so helpful to my buyers in deciding if the pool is in good condition or in need of repair. He has saved buyers hundreds of dollars on multiple occasions when there was a suspected pool leak. He gave us tips to determine if there is a pool leak or not (ways that do not cost money) and it has worked every time!
He is also very honest. One of our rentals was old and had many issues. He was great in helping us «nurse» it along until we could refinish and repair it, but he made it clear that older pools in need of repair are much more challenging to keep up. He told us what he could do to keep it clear, but that it might not always work if the tenants were not actively doing their part. I appreciate that he will tell us the straightforward truth and he does not try to sugarcoat it to earn business.

After being a loyal customer of 5 years who always paid his bill promptly, Earl from Sierra Pools screwed us over big time. I dropped them today and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I would have given them NO STARS but the system would not let me do so. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Jay I’d awesome to work with. His consultation for my pool was quick and his fee is reasonable. He is never late and I always think he does a great job cleaning and getting everything perfect so I can just enjoy my pool. I also really appreciate that he has automatic billing so I don’t have to think about that either. The girl in the office (forgot her name) is also excellent at emailing and communication. She was really nice when my card expired and it was time to update all my info. I would recommend them for sure.
