We specialize in grilled wings and burgers! We do not have your cheap bar food like most chains, we only buy top end quality products and that is why we are still in business after 9 years. Young and old love our place because even the little ones can sit in a booth and watch cartoons while parents view sports from one of the 20 plasma TVs inside. Sidelines has a huge patio for smokers that the smoke does NOT drift inside. If you a healthy eater, no worries-​so is the owner-​we have TONS of healthy options (wait till you see the size of our salads, you will for sure bring home a to go box). Everyone knows everyone here and we want you to come back.

History

Established in 2002.

Sidelines opened in 2002, right in the heart of football season and we have been going strong ever since. Paul’s father had a small sports bar in Utah many years ago so this was Pauls dream to open up one of his own one day, so his wife Kristina and her mother Karen run the restaurant while Paul runs his own company. Together Paul and Kristina have 5 kids and you will see all their names on the menu. Some of the cooks even have a meal named after them –thats how long they have worked there. Kristina won’t let this economy bring Sideines down, she will do whatever it takes to keep Sidelines going and without our wonderful customers, we wouldn’t still be here.

Kristina is the owner of Sidelines. She can’t be there all the time since she has 3 children, but her mother Karen runs the place most of the time and knows they are in good hands. We also have wonderful managers that have been there a long time that Kristina trusts so we hope you get the same great experience and continue to come back. If ever you are not happy, please feel free to contact Kristina and she will make right.
