Sara Wolf founded this business after being mentored through her own life changing transformation, and doing in depth training in each of the specific specialties listed. She wishes to pass on the tools she has learned for leading a very happy, loving, successful life.

Sara moved to San Diego in 2005 from CO, and started her yoga practice shortly after. She is a RYT200 Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and Certified Integrative Healer. In addition, Sara has been mentored through the Healing From Within Program. Her personal transformation through this program led her to become certified as a Healing from Within Mentor so that she can share with others the gifts that have been given to her. Always guided by her strong intuition, Sara knows that healing work is her true passion and life’s calling. The road she has traveled as well as her personal healing work, solidifies this calling. She exudes very strong, loving energy and has a deep connection with the spiritual world and nature. She loves to practice and teach all limbs/​branches of yoga, especially meditation.
