I have now used this company for two houses. My first new house I got cell shades, wood blinds, faux wood blinds, and shutters. Most recently I got my whole house in Norman MDF shutters. I had those in the front of my last house for 5 years and was very happy with the product.
Anyways, Kevin and his wife are very pleasant and great to talk to. I did shop around and got quotes that were lower but most of those business work out of their house and do not have a brick and mortar location. This company is not going anywhere overnight and are very reliable.
I had to have a faux wood blind restrung and they came out, removed, sent it to be fixed, and reinstalled it all for free 4 years after original install. Now thats what I call service! I will now be a long time customer from here on out.

This place is very cluttered and very stuffy, the staff is not friendly and the main lady is extremely rude. I would not recommend this business at all. I felt insulted and talked down to. I will never shop in this store nor will I ever recommend it. Oh yea and their prices vs quality really sucks. I ended up going to Home Depot and getting a great deal on blinds for my entire home and I was not talked down to, I got what I wanted, they custom cut them to fit, and even installed them. Keep up the work Home Depot, I tried to keep my business local but I will not tolerate rudeness and incompetence.
