Scott Dial Carpet Care is a family owned and operated business. When you call us to have your carpet cleaned, Scott Dial will be cleaning your carpet. The way we charge for our carpet cleaning is also more straight forward than most other carpet cleaners. We charge by the square foot of carpet being cleaned. Which means length X width X .25 cents. We have several methods and solutions to get your carpet clean, but do not charge extra for any of it. We even have a lesser price for vacant homes and commercial buildings.

History

Established in 1992.

I started cleaning carpet for friends, family, and people from church. And that is how the business has grown over the years. Word of mouth is the best way to get the word out to everyone who might need their carpets cleaned by a friend they can trust. I don’t have any «employees» my sons and myself are the only carpet cleaners you will see cleaning your carpet.

I attend Central Christian Church where I am a member of the «Ironman Bible Study» each week, also a part of the leadership team in the business ministry. I try to follow the principles that I learned in the book «Business By The Book» by Larry Burkett.

I had Scott Dial Carpet Care out to my home today and they did a wonderful job getting all text spots out of my carpets. Scott & his son pretreated my carpets and got most of the spots out before they started. Thank you for doing a great job.

I contacted Scott immediately after writing the post.
In truth, both Scott and his son knew I was not happy with their job before they left my home. I had spoke to Scott who promised to give treatment for my carpet for pet stains. I was honest and made sure he was well informed. He was well aware before he entered my home what he had promised me. There was no pretreatment as promised. If you cannot provide a service do not sell it to a perspective customer on the phone beforehand. I paid Scott with a check as he requested.
The finished job was unsatisfactory to say the least. I asked Scott to come back and redo my home. He refused, but did say he would refund my money, But only, if, I first removed my posted review on Unilocal.Repeatedly he asked me to remove the post. After several hours of texts, I stopped the payment.
He did not refund my money.
I am not removing the posted review because it is honest and I am a dissatisfied customer. I have used carpet services numerous times over my 40 years of being a homeowner and never received such poor service.
This is my first post ever on this website. I have never written a review for any services until this encounter.

We have used Dial Carpet Care numerous times in three different homes. Scott and his son are very kind, considerate and the carpets always end up better than we thought possible. They are generous to clean above and beyond what we initially asked or even planned and we are thankful for their generosity. One other aspect that we love about Dial Carpet Care is the quick response we get. There have been times when they have made it out within 24 hours-​not an emergency just fitting us in when unexpected company was coming. That is a huge blessing. We love them and highly recommend them.

We got an estimate from a large national company that was more than twice the amount that was quoted (&charged) by the Scott Dial Company. Not only was SDC less expensive, but they were more convenient too! With faster scheduling and not having to take rugs away for the thorough cleanings, it was a great experience! Our living room rug looks better than when we bought it. I highly recommend the Scott Dial Company!

Love Scott, his company and service. He has been our carpet guy for 6 years. The carpets are always clean and smell fantastic. We’ve recommended him to multiple people, and they have all been thrilled with his service. Small, locally owned company and they show up at the time they tell you (instead of a window). The prices are really great as well!

Dog urine smells are gone! Scott and his son took care of us. Felt safe with them in our house. They were recommend to us by a friend. Scheduled me quickly and were on time. Great pricing is the cherry on top. I will only use them going forward. Could not be happier!

Wow is all I can say. We had pet stains ALL over our carpet from my rebel dog, and these guys got everything up. We have dealt with some pretty shady companies for carpet cleaning and by far this one is the best. I walked downstairs and my jaw literally dropped. I will not use any other company EVER. Our floors look amazing, all of the pet stains are gone, and the house smells great! It’s a family owned business and they are super nice. He gave me a quote over the phone (and I’m sure we needed a little more work than originally planned), but he stuck to his quote. Out carpets were about 10 years old, plus the pet stains and look brand new. Thanks so much! Highly recommend. Also they were on time which helps a lot. Said 9am got here at 8:50.

Year #2 on the new carpet and we thought we’d give a neighbor a shot. Boy o boy were we right on. Scott and his son Chris were prompt, courteous and thorough. Scott answers his own phone which was a great start. We only had about 200 sq ft of carpet to clean so he lowered his minimum to our needs. No up charge. 35 minutes and they were gone. Carpet dried within 3 – 4 hours. No smell, no crunchy carpet and no spills to pick up after. He even gave me a competitors contact # for tile cleaning work even though the other guy does carpets too. No hesitation, call Scott!

Scott and his son did a fabulous job on my carpet. One of them had had serious stains which we tried to remove and faded the carpet in the process. By the time they were done my carpets looked great! They were very professional, but friendly. They worked hard and quickly. They were a great team. Their price was great and they delivered what they promised. After getting quotes from several larger companies, which were crazy high, I stumbled upon Scott Dial via Unilocal.Boy am I glad I did!!! Not only was his quote much lower for the same work, they were so accommodating and so nice. I had to change my appointment three times in a week long period and Scott didn’t even seemed phased. He and his son did an excellent job and kept all of their promises. If you need carpets cleaned, small or large job, go with this awesome local company!

I have been a customer of Scott’s for five years and I’ve had straight A+ experiences! He and his sons do the cleaning. He is courteous, friendly and very professional. His prices are very reasonable and he delivers an excellent carpet cleaning in return. He always shows up on time and works fast & efficiently. I bought new carpeting last year and our Beagle marked it on six different occasions. I called Scott each time in the morning and he came out the same day to clean the spots. Like another reviewer, I have given Scott access to my house when I wasn’t home. If you go with Scott, you won’t be disappointed!

Scott Dial Carpet Care is a class act. For starters, he gives you an appointment TIME, as opposed to a time WINDOW, so you get your day back. Second, Mr. Dial has the simplest, most fair pricing in the industry — straight up square footage, with no hidden fees or upsells. Third, Mr. Dial cleaned my carpet personally — not some weirdo. It’s a family business. Fourth, since I knew Mr. Dial personally, I left my key under the mat and he locked up and ran out the garage when he was done. It was like a carpet cleaning ninja broke in and made my house perfect. If you don’t know Scott Dial, now you know, and you have no excuse for going to some other crazy company that’s just going to send some rookie to try and upsell you. Go with the pros. Go with a local family business.
