The Real Estate Recovery Program is a comprehensive housing recovery program developed specifically distressed homeowners in Metro Phoenix and surrounding areas. The primary objective of the program is to provide homeowners with access to trusted home counselors who provide accurate and truthful information in a no-​pressure environment relative to all topics surrounding home ownership in today’s economy. ALL services/​education provided under the program are completely subsidized & never a charge to participants. Services include: professional loan modifications, private consultation w/​home counselor, loan modification workshops (include a take home DIY 170 pg. kit), credit repair/​counseling, short sale assistance, rental assistance, moving truck, fuel cost reimbursement. Educational Courses cover topics of: current govt programs, loan modifications, short sales, pre-​foreclosure sales, foreclosures, deed in lieu, getting sued by your bank after foreclosure, and much more.

The Real Estate Recovery Program was created based on the urgent need of providing distressed homeowners a confidential, pressure-​free, environment where they can safely have a two way dialogue with a home counselor about their unique situation and be able to get honest answers to their questions and truthful information regarding what their options are.

I have always had a burning passion to help others. In late 2008 I was offered an opportunity to help distressed homeowners who were going into foreclosure with a new start up at the time through a good friend and mentor of mine. I took the offer and that is where my career in the Real Estate Industry began. I helped grow and build the largest organization of its type and have had the privilege to personally meet and counsel with over 1,200 homeowners. I managed and trained a team of home counselors whose primary objective was to provide honest and truthful information on foreclosure alternatives and be a resource for any and all real estate related questions. In July ’12 I founded my own Real Estate Consulting Firm with a new vision, a new more intense focus, and an ultimate goal of reaching out to homeowners in need, earning their trust, genuinely putting their best interest above ours, and providing our no-​cost foreclosure avoidance services to get them back on the road to recovery.
