History

Established in 2008.

We began inside a T-​mobile store and soon after bought out the entire location! Since then we have expanded our doors to offer our customers the convenience of two locations!

At Quickfix we strive for excellent customer service in a friendly, inviting environment. QuickFix Cellular has been a proud part of the Chandler community since 2008. I had the opportunity to join forces with the owners within the first few years of the company opening and have since been an integral part of their business model. Each and every customer that walks in our doors has a story and with that story a memory is made– I think of them as building blocks for the foundation of what we strive to bring the community.

What started off as a college part time job has since blossomed into a full time career for me and I couldn’t be happier. Knowing we have the ability to make your day a little brighter with the constant interaction with customers, helping who we can is what makes this small community so great.

I cannot say enough how impressed I am with Amanda. She handled the pressure and stress of dealing with an impossible customer, myself, with calm confidence that is rarely seen. I can be the worst customer you want to see the kind everyone wishes would just go away. but this review is not about how bad I can be, it is about how Amanda handled it. Never once did she blink show stress, step out of line or let me get to her no matter how hard I tried. She was on the phone she was handling other customers she was dealing with me. thru all of it she showed calm professionalism and a pleasant attitude. I knew that what I was demanding was possible the tech support people she was dealing with said it wasn’t. In the end it was possible and I did get what I wanted. Not because she back down but because text support finally realized it could happen. Amanda never once blamed me or the tech department she calmly said your account is set your phone is ready everything should be working properly. And it was! Thank you Amanda. I hope your coworkers and supervisors realize what a valued employee you are! Give yourself a pay raise and take an extra day off!

I hated the idea of having to get a new phone! I just figured out my Samsung Galaxy S4 and then it would not power on. I googled it and found it was most likely a faulty power switch. After watching 30 minutes of YouTube videos on «how to repair it myself» and realizing that I did NOT have a soldering gun at 2am, I decided I needed help.
I emailed Quick Fix (because I could NOT call!). They emailed me back first thing in the morning and asked a couple of questions. I ran the phone over to them after work and within 45 minutes— IT WAS FIXED!!! $ 45 is sure a LOT better than the cost of a new phone!
Coffee Rush is right next door with a lovely lake, so I had a coffee while I waited. This whole experience was actually the best part of my week! I was NOT expecting to get it fixed and certainly not for this low price!

Brought my phone in with camera trouble, it was diagnosed quickly. Ready when stated.
Technician spent quite a bit of time working on the problem but it was not repairable. No charge! How refreshing. Young lady at the front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable.
I will return if needed.

There NOTHING about this place that’s QUICK. I took my iPhone in to get my screen replaced. They charged me a $ 135 + tax. When I got phone back I was satisfied with the service and the quality of the screen. When I got home I noticed that my camera and my flashed didn’t work. So I took my phone back in to have the tech. look at it. I wait a hour +. When you take your phone it, they check and make sure everything is working properly on the phone. My camera was working before I took my phone in to get the screen replaced. The tech telling me it’s because I have restriction on my phone and that’s why my camera wasn’t working. I reply with «my camera was working before I got my screen replaced and restriction are no enabled» so they refunded me my money back/​put my old crack screen back on and my camera still doesn’t work. The tech telling me that I need to talk to apple. It’s not an apple issue they FUCK up my phone. DONT GET YOUR SCREEN REPLACE HERE. GO TO APPLE !! This place is a joke.

This place told me over the phone that I could save the tax if I paid cash. When I arrived, they denied ever saying this. After not receiving a discount, I opted to pay with AMEX. No can do they said. Never ever will I come back here. I was called a liar twice.

They repaired our Galaxy S4 with a cracked screen (just the glass, not the digitizer) quickly. Unfortunately, the touchscreen was non-​responsive, but we took it back and they fixed it the next day. It has been working well ever since. Cheaper price than competitors as well, I believe (compared to CPR).

My 1 year old son decided that he was going to toss my wife’s iPhone 5s. Most times the protective case has done it’s job– this time it did not. Shattered the glass.
I called Quick Fix and they quoted a fair price, so I loaded up the three kids and we set out to fix Moms phone. Quick fix took care of the job in just under 45 minutes! Hoping I don’t have to use them again but happy to know where I’ll go if I have any future issues.

My daughter dropped her iPhone5s. The entire screen shattered.
I’ve never had to get a smartphone repaired before. We did have insurance on it, but the deductible for that is a whopping $ 150!
I called this place, and they quoted me a fair price. (actually, it was a really good price) We brought my daughter’s iPhone in, they took a look at it. We filled out a form, paid for the repair. It cost less than $ 100 with the 10% Unilocal!Check-​in Discount. We came back after getting a snack, and it was done.
The store is tidy. There’s a couch in case you wanted to wait there for your device to be fixed.
It’s right next to Coffee Rush, so you can also have some coffee and relax by the «lake» while you wait.
There were three guys working there. I only interacted with one, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and the trait I value the most as a customer. efficient.
I would, and in fact already have recommended this place to someone to get their smartphone (and in this case, iPad) repaired.
I assume I will need their services sooner or later. I have two daughters with iPhones, so another shattering will undoubtedly be in my future.

I had a screen that was separated for some reason from a refurbished phone (it had been in a type of protective cover, but it separated). It was already out of warranty from where I purchased it from. This place seemed like the quickest option for me. It seemed like they had the best reviews, and I didn’t want to ship it anywhere.
I just thought that I would be notified as soon as the screen was replaced, as they said that I would be called within a certain amount of time (but I wasn’t called within that time). But I went over there to check on it, and it was ready. They were also able to recommend other items to help prevent similar incidents with the phone from recurring. I would do business again.

The customer service is awful, and they are very sketchy on pricing, they will tell you one thing, but after they do the service they up the price. The other shop down the road fixes iPhone screens for 75.00. I would not recommend going here to anyone.

I needed to get my phone screen replaced — fast. After having just bought my new phone, I refused to pay retail to replace it. Quick Fix Cellular had excellent service; the price for repair was reasonable and had it ready for me within the hour.
I’m super clumsy when it comes to cellphones, so hopefully I won’t be back. If that is the case, I’ll definitely choose this place over their competitors.

Unacceptable.
I went in expecting a quick screen swap on my phone. Was told about two hours to replace the screen. Was told by young lady that everything was fine with my phone and that the screen was the only issue to be replaced.
I was given my phone back almost three hours later. I’m glad I checked it because it had various dead spots and was acting crazy. I went right back into the store to have the screen replaced, as they have a 30 day warranty. Same thing again. We pulled the paperwork and all of a sudden the condition of my phone had changed. I looked down and noticed the circle had been changed from ‘Good’ to ‘Damaged’ on the paperwork! I asked the young lady why she told me the phone was fine before the screen replacement. She then proceeded to tell me the phone’s motherboard need to be replaced and changed the information on the paperwork while I was in front of her! That’s when her coworker, the glass engineer, said, ‘Well we can give you a refund and put the old glass back on.‘
Took my phone elsewhere and the glass replacement was all my phone needed.
I was given a refund and I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Besides the strange clientele that came in and out, they replaced my iPhone 5 screen in less than an hour for under $ 90 using the Unilocal deal. They also provide a 30 day warranty.
Lost a star because there was only one employee to assist customers so we waited quite awhile, but they do have a sitting area.

Less than a week before our daughter was due to leave for college she drops her phone on a concrete floor. Shattered Nexus screen. They had one in stock and it was ready after a few hours. Phone works now, and daughter is off to college.
Replacing a screen isn’t cheap, but it is cheaper than a new phone. And the phone is like new now, so we have a happy daughter.
Not much more to say. They do a good job, and they do it relatively quickly. This is my go-​to phone repair shop now.

I have had the occasion to visit Quick Fix Cellular not once but twice in the past several months to service my wife’s Iphone 5c. On both occasions I was greeted quickly and the service was painless and quick. Both times the screen was shattered end-​to-​end and required full screen replacement.
I would highly recommend Quick Fix; they feature quick turn-​around and there is even a coupon available via Unilocal if you check in there towards repairs and services.

My brother broke his iphone 5 screen and we were googling places in Chandler to go and get it fixed. We were hoping to spend about $ 80.00 or so.
Quick Fix was one of the first places that showed up. We gave them a call and they said it would be about $ 95.00 and would take about an hour. They were very friendly over the phone.
We called a few other places that weren’t very nice and even though they were a bit cheaper and closer we decided to head over to Quick Fix. We waited about 10 minutes when we showed up. The man helping up was very nice and informative. He said it would take about an hour to fix.
We came back and hour later and it was perfect! They also give you a 30-​day warranty. I would highly recommend this place. Not only were they quick and fair but they were so nice!
