Established in 1986.

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and established in 1986 by Chairman and Founder Roseanna McGill, PrimeLending has grown from a staff of 20 producing $ 80 Million in annual closed loan volume to a staff of over 1,900 producing in excess of $ 7.7 Billion annually.

In addition to the corporate office located in North Dallas, PrimeLending has expanded to over 200 branches across the United States and is licensed to originate and close loans in 50 states.

Manager

Melinda is an experienced mortgage loan officer with over 9 years in the mortgage industry, an undergraduate degree in Accounting/​Finance and an MBA from Arizona State University. With her extensive experience and education, Melinda understands the real estate industry and the financial markets. Melinda is also a member of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and an affiliate member of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is also a Certified Mortgage Coach.
