I hate going to this place but they have the best deals. Do they only hire the rudest people? I have never gotten good customer service! I went in yesterday and the girl who checked me out never spoke to me. She only talked to the cashier next to here. She rolled her eyes at me when she had to go find a tag for a shirt. But this is very typical for this place. Maybe they need to be trained by Footlocker!

Excellent Customer Service!!! I was so impressed by the way the employees interacted with 45 kids from the Gila River Boys & Girls Clubs today! Worked directly with Chris and Chris and they were so attentive and helpful and really made the kids feel special while they shopped for shoes! Very impressed with this store and these managers!

I’ve bought two pairs of Nikes from this store and have been very happy with my selections plus with the customer service I received each visit I made to this location. Very friendly staff, very helpful as well, and always a great selection of shoes and styles.

This outlet store can be hit or miss. One thing you can count on though is the service. Their employees are like hawks asking you every 10 steps, «Are you still doing ok?» Yes, I got it! Geez!
They have a large selection of shoes for everyone in your family as well as a decent selection of workout type clothing for those of you still comitted to your New Year’s Resolution!
