AJ the manager is awesome, he took his time to make me completely happy with my purchases, I purchase everything in his store from living, dining room, and both bedrooms, my kids love there new bunk beds and mattress, and love my new mattress by spring air it’s amazing !!! along with my new bedroom set. This place is great! I’ve been looking for a couch and love seat for a few weeks now and they found the right fit for me and my budget and made the whole process simple. If this App had 15 stars I would give it to them. Talking about fantastic A+ service. First thing, it was already past 8pm, the time that they close. Me and my family thought they were still open and we went in. We looked around for a little. AJ the manager was helping one other person and after he was done he came over to help us. He didn’t rush us or say they were closed or anything. We told him we were looking for a mattress that would be good for my fiancé back. AJ let us know what mattress would be the best fit for him. We really wasn’t going to get a mattress that same night because we normally do research and talk things over, but AJ gave us an offer we could not refuse. We saved over $ 200 dollars on a brand new plush mattress. AJ sold us this night because he was very informative on what was the best fit for our needs. He wasn’t just trying to force a sell, like other salesman do for commission. AJ loves his job and it shows, He was very nice, and was very engaging. Not only did he give us great info, he got us a great deal on a new mattress. AJ also let us use the company’s strap to get our bed home. He help put it on, strap it up, and all of this was after they were already closed. One thing I can say is this place will have our business for the rest of our furniture needs. We will be getting a new home and needing all new stuff. I don’t mind spending the money with a trustworthy company that’s not out to just take your money and sell you anything. We were very happy with the outstanding customer service and thanks AJ — Mattress & Furniture for less for helping us find our new bed. The quality of the products is extremely low. The mattress that I bought for my son had springs that were so loud that he couldn’t sleep. AJ, the salesman, said to bring it back and he would take care of us. He took back two mattresses, gave us one cheaper one, and said that the do not do refunds. They will not return calls from the Better Business Bureau or the Arizona State Attorney General’s office. Check out their F rating on BBB (
) and see what you’re getting into before you visit this store. And then stay away from this store.

Great experience here thanks to AJ! We just moved to AZ and came in at about 7:30pm. AJ stayed with us an hour past store close. He was very accommodating and helped us design two over-​sized plush chairs. The prices are more than fair and the option for a warranty is very affordable! Delivery was on-​time as promised.
We shopped around at many places and no where compared to here. AJ was very personable and you didn’t fee like he was trying to rip you off. I will definitely be back when I need more furniture and will refer any friends and family to check this place out.

Came here just to look, ended up getting an amazing deal with AJ that I couldn’t pass up. Left with new couches and a entertainment center. He was amazing and worked with our price range. If I ever need anything else in my home I will be coming back.

My girlfriend and I just moved to chandler, we stopped in this store just to browse around. Turns out we now have furniture for our whole house! I wasn’t expecting Aj or Evan to be so friendly, professional, and polite. These two gentleman deserve all the recognition for being outstanding salesmen and not pressuring us or making us feel uncomfortable. They walked us through what we would possibly like and and even put it all together on the showroom floor to make us feel at home and see all our new furniture together. Very professional, and very helpful. I’ve shopped with them on two separate occasions now, and will continue to in the future. So far I’ve bought three beds, a couch, and a trundle day bed from them. The pricing was exceptional in comparison to other places I’d searched prior. The employees are very friendly and courteous, go out of their way to assist you, and are very fair on pricing. They treat their customers very well, and I could not recommend them more.

AJ was awesome! Very nice and professional. Found a king bed frame on offer up for only 40 dollars. He gave us a 40% off too! Most defintely will return when we’re ready to buy more furniture!!!

For the couple of nay sayers… your low rating is not fair to these guys, vague explanations leave me to believe you are very picky and are out to hurt people’s business. I wasnt raised with a silver spoon in my mouth and appreciated the service AJ gave my wife and I. His advice, sincerity, and transparency lead to a successful transaction and the making of a new friend!

I actually went in here by accident, but I’m so glad I did! AJ was awesome. He explained everything, gave ideas for great options, helped with the financing (which I’m sure no where else would have approved) and even threw in some extras. I got my beautiful couches and my perfectly sturdy bed frame delivered and set up same day. It was the easiest furniture buying experience I have had! Prices and service are amazing! Once I pay this off, I’ll be back for more!

Vultures and liars pounce on you as you walk in… then when you buy, they lie about the hours they are open (salespeople here til 8 on Sundays, he said). Then they will not deliver during the time written on the contract. I called 5 min after the delivery window after waiting, our room is torn up for the new furniture, and no answer. I see here on their Unilocal site that they actually close at 6 on Sundays, not 8 like the lying salesman told me.
Oh…and the haggling?
Him: you want the set? FOR YOU — $ 900.
OK, I said. He starts writing it up and writes $ 999.
I said, you said $ 900.
He said yes, 900 ninety-​nine, that’s 900.
I said, no, that’s 1000. He said, you must have heard me wrong.
I said, no. I didn’t hear you wrong. No $ 900, no deal.
I «got it“for $ 900 plus tax and delivery, but did I really, since now they have my furniture hostage and are not here and my room is all torn up?
I shopped at Pruitts a few wks ago for a diff purchase and they were right on time with their delivery and no pressure to buy. I only didn’t buy from them again because when we went to look, no one bothered to help us after we were in the store more than 20 min looking.
