Dr. Lu is a top ophthalmologist with over 30 years of experience. He has written three textbooks and numerous articles and chapters for continuing medical education in eye surgery, and he regularly teaches both colleagues and medical students in the field. At Eye Consultants of Arizona, Dr. Lu routinely performs cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation, and intraocular injections, and he is best known for procedures such as cataract surgery, eyelid surgery, and glaucoma surgery. His colleagues in ophthalmology frequently refer patients to his practice for his expertise and warm demeanor. At his practice, he combines the personal and gentle touch of a family practice with state-​of-​the-​art facilities and equipment. He enjoys his work so much that he refers to it as his hobby, and he treats his patients as he would his own family. The practice will soon be joined by his son, a doctor in training.
