Lone Butte seems to have had a redo and it’s looking much better. It was quite run down before. Watching patriots bronco game!

Last night there was almost a riot in the bingo hall. The caller called O-​64 for the 7 – 11 game and someone yelled Bingo. Then they said they weren’t sure and the caller asked if they had O-​64 and they said no. so, he continued and called B-​1 and the same person yelled Bingo again. The caller said I asked you before if you had it on 64 and you said no. I asked you twice and you said no. Now you call Bingo on B1 and it is really for 64. The caller, Tony, then said he would have the Supervisor determine the outcome. After a minute or so he said the Supervisor decided to give it to the bingo player even though the next number 1 had been called. The entire bingo hall started yelling Bullshit, booing, saying your crooks and yelling about the unfairness of the Supervisor. Nothing changed, the caller congratulated the ondeserving winner and said congratulations. The people who would have legally won on B1 were extremely upset. This Supervisor went outside the rules that they read to you before the start of every session, which states after a number is called and not won then it is void after the next number is called. This was so unfair and its a wonder no one ran after the Supervisor. The Supervisor is a women, do not know her name, but she has been there a while and I have seen her pull many unlawful things. Also the people who hand out cards should not be hanging on the players and holding conversations while everyone is trying to play. Something is definitely wrong with this place. It needs a new Supervisor, Callers and faster people working in the cages selling cards. There was a new girl in the selling cage, Sabrina. She was excellent, fast and no errors. She waited on 5 people while Jeff, the old guy, barely waited on one. This place needs to be investigated by the gaming commission. There have been many complaints that have not been addressed both in the Bingo hall and the casino machines. We will never go there again. I will be contacting the gaming commission regarding this unbelievable call by the Supervisor and the whole place in general. The callers are too busy watching the football and mess up on their calls a lot. Remove the TV with the football if they can’t concentrate on their job as callers. This place is a nightmare.

I frequent casinos in the valley a lot. Over the last couple of years, i’ve noticed that Lone Butte has slowly become a stingier casino. I would not be surprised to find out they have all slots set at 60% or lower. The win rates these days are ridiculously dismal. Worse still, for slots fanatics like myself, they’ve been removing the more fun slots and replacing them with these crappy low payout, low bonus slots.
Hell, the last time I won anything decent (a 600 buck jackpot), they still had 2 Universal Pictures Monsters slots and they still had 2 Princess Bride slots, which I suspect got removed because they were paying too well! This was around 2013 or so. I used to spend the same amount of money as today, too. My money used to last a lot longer and they used to not give me any to no freeplay. NOWADAYS I get 20 bucks of freeplay a week, and ZERO wins. I would rather they remove freeplay altogether, but give us the payouts they USED to have. You can’t win a damn thing nowadays, it’s a waste of time.
100 bucks used to last me a good hour minimum. Now it lasts me 8 minutes if i’m lucky, and that’s including the crappy freeplay. And they don’t even have any slots worth playing anymore. This is kind of a problem in the entire valley, all of our local casinos are getting rid of the ‘fun’ slots and replacing them with these crappy no-​percent win slots with one-​lousy-​give-​your-​money-​back bonus game every 1000 bucks you play type games.
Lone Butte hasn’t been fun to go to since at LEAST the time they had the Race for the Gold slots and compared to years long past, I am not winning at ALL these days. What happened? Did they just decide that letting people win costs too much? Well, I am getting bored with never winning, I mean I EXPECT to lose most of the time, but I’d like to actually last some time and get entertainment as well as dream of ‘the big one’… but when ‘the big one’ is my money back at best? I’d rather save up and go to vegas. At least there, they’ll have the slots I actually enjoy playing. These guys have some sort of weird chinese baby fetish. 90% of their low payout, crappy winrate slots feature either bearded chinese men or ugly chinese cartoon babies, all laughing at turning your 20 dollar bills to ash in a minute worth of play.
In short, this place is not fun to go to, avoid like the plague. I don’t even know what alternative to recommend for slots fans. These people have no clue what fun slots are like nor do they care. Their 5 – 1000 $ freeplay scheme (where you always get 5 bucks, and your chance of getting the 1000 is 0 out of infinity) is a joke and I suspect it’s a huge reason the slots suck these days.

Always enjoy a quick trip to try my luck. BAD bingo has been a family fun adventure for us since I moved here a year ago. Even got Grandpa to go! Wish I won more but I know what I’m getting myself into every time. ;)

Don’t waste your time. Very little variety on tables games. About ¹⁄₃ of the slots were out of order or didn’t work properly. They advertise $ 25 match play but only good for slots and only in $ 10 incremental amounts. Big disappointment. The food pretty good and the only thing that saved them from getting one star.

Many of the machines are being moved and are out of commission right now, so if you want your gambling restricted to designated areas, then come, but the construction is going on as the casino is being renovated. Good luck!

Wasn’t as smoky as we expected, quite a few people there considering it was mid afternoon, mid week.

Not a huge fan of this casino. Probably the worst casino in terms of «vibe» that I’ve been to in the area. It felt dirty to us and probably reeked of smoke worse than any casino that I’ve ever been to. The service was hit-​or-​miss and overall just wasn’t a fun feeling by any means. If Talking Sticks is a «10», this would have the feel of a «1» at best. Definitely won’t go back here anytime soon.

The bar has very good live music. I don’t like the layout that puts the band on a stage behind the bar.
There is no dance floor but there is a sizable area in front of the bar to dance. The artificial wood is OK but this isn’t a great place to dance. People walk right through the dancers to get to the bar, and ignore any pretense of etiquette. Dancing there is frustrating, chaotic, and somewhat risky.
Considering the heavy cross traffic on the floor where people are dancing, and others are bringing food and drink to their tables, it’s as clean as a bar with greasy bar food could probably be expected to have. I have been there for 2 hours without seeing the dance area cleaned or wiped off — until somebody spills something.
Lousy selection of draft beers; and the bottled beer is not much better. Happy hour food is a good bargain.

Well I won $ 780.00, BUT… the rudeness of the floor manager over shadowed any joy I might have felt. I’ve been here before and usually the same experience. Waited for 20 min for a coke, slow valet and very rude staff.

I got and offer to win $ 5,000 in free slot play. That excuse cost me $ 200 on this visit for a lousy chocolate bar.
I lost $ 2,000 this month and have nothing to show for it.
I withdrew from the players club completely, this process took 10 minutes! TAKE MY NAME OFF!!!
Don’t gamble your future away here. This place is full of low life’s, smelly smokers, I will no longer participate in another crappy promotion to take my money.

I never win! I like this casino cuz it’s small and parking is easy. Very stinky but i guess i expect that. There’s barely any beverages available. I would probably stay longer if i had something to drink and if there were more atms available

Small, smokey, and limited options.
OK so let’s all just accept that most casinos in AZ are crazy busy, with over priced food and limited players club deals. But LBC sort of embodies this stereotype to me. As with most casinos, LBC is located directly off a major freeway system, making getting there very easy. That’s where the benefits really stop. The parking is massive but be prepared to walk if you are not within the first 1,000 spaces. The inside is very small. You can walk from one end of the casino to another in maybe 10 minutes. Per the usual, there are plenty of slots (of all variations), some e-​poker games and then a smattering of tables to play live cards (variations of poker and BJ).
The ventilation system in LBC is awful– the smoke here is intense. So be ready to smell like you smoked a carton of cigs when you leave, even if you’re a non-​smoker. It’s really bad folks. I mean, with all of the money this place makes you’d think they would want to accommodate ALL players. But oh well, just another reason not to make another visit.
Walked out a loser and I really didn’t play all that much…

Lunchtime is always good for me although I don’t gamble a whole lot I did play 20 and won 60 but that’s not enough to reel me in .but I like the food and plenty of tvs to watch sports news and whatever else is on. mostly I love people watching

I had no idea what I was going to do for my 50^th birthday. I mean I had at least 20 years to plan this thing I knew it was coming but it got away from me. So the week before, I called the lone Butte and I tell them I need to find something to do, they offer bad bingo on Saturday night. Now bad bingo is not like regular bingo where all the lights are on and if you whisper something to your neighbor you get scolded to keep it down, bad bingo is loud fun and a party atmosphere! The crowd is really into it, seems like most of these are regulars and boy do they know how to have fun. The drinks are flowing, the music is blaring, and yet they find a way to make it possible to play bingo, and win some money in the process. We had a blast, some great food, delicious drinks and my birthday was a success… did I mention that they were able to reserve a table for my entire group, not bad for free Minus the bingo packets. I may start celebrating my half birthday is just to get there again.

I went to Lone Butte Casino for the first time last weekend. I have to preface that I’m not a huge fan of casinos and I’ve never been to one in Arizona but lived here my whole life. But… we were invited by some friends for BAD Bingo on Saturday night. And I have to say, it was a good time as long as you don’t take yourself too seriously. Imagine a random bar mitzvah party with bingo in between. It’s relatively inexpensive for a casino — $ 16 buy in for about 10 rounds of bingo. They have a DJ and dance floor and glow sticks — can you ask for more? At the same time, the crowd and scene are still very much «AZ casino» so take it for what it’s worth

Alright, so im going to try to review this as someone who practically hates casinos. I don’t gamble and I don’t really like the atmosphere. I find casinos to be morbidly depressing — I feel like most people are there alone, looking like a zombie, and pumping money they don’t have into a machine in dires hopes to win big. Not often have I went into a casino and said «man, they are having an absolute blast, I want to join them!»
With that said, I went here primarily for BAD Bingo. My only experiences with bingo were growing up and playing when we went camping. We just played with boards and dried corn pieces. The prizes were ice cream cones, cookies, and bundles of wood. So this was the first «adult bingo» I had done.
The bingo hall is a cross between a club, a wedding reception, a bingo hall, and a karaōke club. Seriously, get there early. They have the lights off, dancing lights on and people are having dance offs on the dance floor. Then they have karaōke sing offs. Then they go around literally spanking the birthday guests with paddles (hard if they want it).
This is the same bingo where you use an ink blotter to mark your letters. You will have to either bring your own or buy from the cage (for I think $ 4). They roll through a series of games where you have to get different shapes. Another reason to show up early is to review the boards and rules before you are in the mix. If you wanted to you could also get an electronic board that does the marking for you — so all you have to do is watch and call bingo if you get it. This was new bingo to me, but I liked it.
When bingo starts it is done and over with in a flash. It pays to know what you are doing because they call fast and they have the dancing lights going. Sometimes those lights literally mess with you so that you can’t see what you’ve marked or read the numbers. Ha! Because of this once calling starts it isnt a time to converse, bitch, or share the latest gossip — you are feverishly trying to mark your cards and not go into an eplitic seizure.
Nobody in my party won but it was pretty fun… and I did it sober. Results may vary if you chose to do it drunk.
As for the casino it was hopping on a Saturday night. Not sure if this was normal or what but there was a lot of people there! Maybe they all filtered into bingo? In any case the casino seemeed clean and had plenty of workers there that you could flag down if needed. The GF played some slots and walked away a winner on each machine she played on. Im just the opposite — I always joke that it is better if I just walk in and go to the teller window and hand them a $ 20 and walk away. At least then I can save myself the strife and pain of losing. Lol.

5 for the entertainment and the bartender today in cascades lounge. I give the waitress Penny 1 star. She was slow and rude. Obviously she didnt want to work today. Food was decent during happy hour but our waitress just didnt care about anything.

My first time trying the Butte Burger w/​a colleague at Café ²⁴⁄₇. After a couple of meetings and reviews the late lunch was well worth it. We didn’t finish the 2 lb burger and the 1 lb French fries, the food was great!

Striving to do something different from the norm, we decided to hop on the freeway and give midnight bingo a try. We had no idea it was Bad Bingo or glow stick night, however, we were far from prepared for what we were about to experience. The bingo ballroom was insane, like a crazy weeding slash high school reunion slash underground disco and every social reject was invited and brought a plus one. It was crazy times two and I loved every single moment of it. They had karaōke, raffles, people dancing on chairs, bachelorette parties, free birthday spankings, and MCd by a highly energetic ball of wild. Queue up The Electric Slide and the dance floor exploded. The room is 750 maximum occupancy and I think they were pretty close if not at the max.
Bingo was fantastic, fun and peppered with just the right amount of naughty when bingo ball O/​69 was called. We didn’t win any bingo games but the 3 hours and 30 bucks invested was well worth it all.
We hit the slots and my friend won $ 100 dollars. We cashed out, ate breakfast and headed home just before the break of dawn.
I’d totally go again.
