My favorite doughnut is the glazed Kreme filled, and I have been to this location on several occasions and they are out of it. I guess I need to start going there earlier in the day. I’ve noticed over the years these donuts have gotten smaller and smaller. I still think they’re my favorite but for the price and the size it’s rather disappointing. I wish I could give them four stars. I would for flavor but their decreasing size and increasing price makes me give them three. Also keep a bigger stock of glazed Kreme filled on hand. The drive through at this location is convenient.

Sorry really wanted to like this location. Cold donuts although the sign said hot donuts, chocolate donut didn’t taste like chocolate, donuts tasted so artificial, cold cappuccino that tasted like cardboard, :(service was nice but overall products were terrible :(

When KKD first came to Phoenix I liked it. It was different. I could see the donuts being made, and get some still-warm from the oil. As I tried other donuts of theirs I found they were really mediocre. Pretty much just the glazed ones still warm were any good. Today we had a coupon for a free donut and coffee. My wife opted for a sour cream donut. I will be fair and say the sour cream donut was not bad. But overall I can’t really recommend KKD as a donut shop. There are other shops that seem to do better donuts overall.

I’ve love Krispy Kreme since I was a little girl, and today I came in for the first time in 10 years for my 17th birthday. They were so patient and kind while they watched me gawk at all of the doughnuts and the fresh ones being glazed, they even let me pick out a free doughnut for my special day! I ordered two dozen doughnuts and when I bit into the glazed, it was exactly as i remembered! All of the icings on the doughnuts were perfect and undamaged, the staff were super kind and patient, and the doughnuts themselves were light, fluffy, crispy perfection. Thank you!

Came in for«free doughnut day» and was charged for 5 extra doughnuts ! I had 4 people with me and we were all told that we could have a free doughnut with our order. I ordered 5 dozen doughnuts to share with daycare and work. We went through the drive through and spent over $ 50, I knew the total seemed high but didn’t have a chance to check my receipt until I got to work. I tried to get ahold of a manager at the store within an hour of leaving, and emailed the company. Here we are a month later & still no one will get back to me. BOOYOU Krispy Kreme. It’s back to Dunkin for us.

Went at like 9:45(they close at 11) ordered an iced coffee and a dozen donuts. First they gave black iced coffee? When I asked for cream and sugar the chick at the window(who looked lost) seemed hella irritated, whatever. When I did drink the coffee it tasted old and you could taste the coffee grounds.gross. As far as the donuts they didn’t seem very fresh at all. not even recent! I’ve gone to plenty other locations and everything is always fresh no matter the time, this location needs work. You are better off going to BoSa.

We came here on June 5th for National Donut Day! We all got a free donut! The line was huge, like out of the door. The donuts were just made and still a little warm, very yummy! I got the chocolate one but the plain glaze one is just the best!

We went in late at night. The donuts were stale and old tasting. Very unfriendly staff as well. I waited 10 min to order while there were 3 employees not really doing anything. Pretty disappointing experience. I will be giving it another shot to see if it improves.

We had a bad experience. Never going back. Bosa Donuts are much better!

Previous good experiences, but not so much today. The doughnuts are«Ok» but not quite what I was anticipating. It would have helped if she had filled our small order from the fresh doughnuts on the top rack– like I had specifically asked for. But that didn’t happen. Dining room & restrooms were nice and clean. Service was mixed. I appreciate her getting me the 2 cups of water with a good attitude, but I really wanted fresh doughnuts. Better luck next time. But this(closest) location is 35 min from my house, so I doubt that will be anytime soon.

Got our delicious donut fix! It’s a rare treat and so enjoyed. Clean building, tons of parking, and very friendly service. And the donuts!!! So good.

People are either a Dunkin Donut, Bosa Donut, or a Krispy Kreme LOVER. I’m a Krispy Kreme lover, so sweet it makes my teeth hurt. Place is clean, service is always good and every time I’ve gone in the morning, I get the hot glazed off the belt.

Coffee is always good with the right amount of sugar/cream that I requested. Their donuts are absolutely delicious. Their drive-thru service has very speedy early in the morning on my way to work. The tables inside of the store, however, is a bit dirty. I don’t blame them since donuts can make quite a bit of mess and workers can only clean up so very often. I’ve been here twice now and both times have good experience.

I have only done drive through. Never had a problem. I grew up never liking pastry, cake, ice cream, pie, chocolate. Yes, perhaps a freak. When Krispy Kreme came to town and I tried one, my taste buds sang for joy. Well, maybe it was a fat arse curse. But they still sang. Alas, I thought, I now liked doughnuts. When they pulled out of town. Someone at work brought in Bosa’s then again dunkin donuts. What? DOUGHNUTSSUCK! I don’t know what people like about fried cake but even the smell makes me Ill. Soooo Krispy Kreme back, me likey! These are not doughnuts. These are eatable crack fluffs! Yum!

Waste if time. Why should I have even bothered to attempt to fulfill my sweet tooth craving??? When they are out if doughnuts! Seriously, two hours before closing and they are out of most of the different types of varieties of doughnuts. WOW!!! If they aren’t going to make any more doughnuts to fill demand, then just lock the doors and put a sign up that says, «Sorry we’re closed. Management is too stupid to effectively run a business.»

This has got to be worst Krispy Kreme. The shift manager was yelling at customers because the top row of doughnuts were not for sale, and they had no others to sell. She also stated she«could’t put more doughnuts out, because the more I put out, the faster they will go.» What?! The coffee has always sucked here, and but don’t bother asking for water. It’s Chandler water straight from the tap. Both restrooms were out of paper towels. I guess I’ll stick with the drive-thru because eating in was not a pleasant experience.

I brought my kiddos here for opening day for free donuts! I was so excited for a Krispy Kreme to open up so close to us since the Mesa and Tempe locations closed. We got the original glazed of course and they were hot, fresh, and delicious! And we got a stack of free donut vouchers to return after Christmas. So we came back the other day. Meh. Donuts were cold and employees were pretty indifferent. Coffee is not good so don’t bother. And parking is super tight. The bloom fell off the rose pretty quickly. I did notice there are people there with laptops so maybe there is free wifi? Also drive through is open 24 hours. I mean, it’s a chain, what can you do.
