Amazing dentist! Dr Randy is so great with my daughter 7, and son 5. Finally I have found a dentist that I trust and treats my kids like his own. He is very knowledgable and patient. I love that Garner and Mason, orthodontists work from this office too! Today the entire office dressed in cowboy gear and made it fun for the kids. Office staff are professional and polite. I love coming here! Dr Randy is the best, my kids are so lucky because they are in such great hands!

Totally horrible new client first visit. They said they called me to confirm appointment asking for kids social security numbers. I didn’t get that voice mail. I got a voice mail calling to confirm appointment. I called back then showed up for appointment. Filled paperwork out but they said they couldn’t process paperwork with out social security numbers. I drove home got them came back. Then they said sorry for miscommunication but we needed your husbands. Ugh. The dentist goes to lunch and they wanted me to reschedule. Totally unacceptable. I will never go their with my four kids! Their loss. I have never written one review on Unilocal.I hate that this is my first.

Love, love, love this practice!!! Dr. Tyler and Dr. Randy are amazing. The dental hygienist and staff are great! The office is clean!!! A huge must for me. Everything is sterile and sterilized after each child gets up. They are patient with the kids, show them love, and and walk them through each step. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and you are still able to get in and out. :)
I have 3 kids. The eldest is 17. Have seen many dentist but for the past 6 years this has been our home. We won’t be going anywhere else. I would highly recommend bringing your kiddos here.

One of my daughter’s doctor’s referred us to Kids First Pediatric Dentistry. The staff was incredibly nice, my daughter was very comfortable with them. They gave her stickers, she got to watch Frozen and get a prize for having no cavities! Nice to call this dentist office our new home now! My other daughter has special needs and they were fantastic with her! Great office and very kid friendly.

If I was rating the doctors this would be 5 stars. But overall this place is just okay. The office manager and office staff make it so difficult to make an appointment I don’t even want to bring my children back here. If it wasn’t for the snobs that work in admin this place would be great. It’s too bad they make you wait an hour with your children before seeing a doctor and then make it difficult when you need to reschedule because you don’t have 3 hours to spend at the dentist office. If you like dealing with snotty people go here.

My kids are 2 and 4 and I took them both to Kids First Pediatric for their first dentist appointment. I was so nervous because I didn’t know how they were going to do at the denist and predicted screaming. To my surprise they did amazing! They even got my4 year old to sit for X-​Rays and through the teeth cleaning. We saw Dr. Travis, but I heard both doctors are great. I highly recommend this office and I am so glad that a friend recommended them to me!
