Worst first impression ever! I called the number directly on the website and got a person named Jaime with a bad connection. When I asked if I had reached J.I. Plumbing his rude reponse was «I dont know what number did you call?» I proceeded to inform him that it was the number on the website and repeated it back to him. I then told him I was calling about a project but, it sunded like he was interested his comment was «No I’m not». I am a construction/facility management professional and customer service is a vital component to successful projects. Good thing I found out up front what I could expect.

I had an excellent customer service experience with J.I. Plumbing. Jaime arrived within minutes of my call. He was extremely friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and did a great job! I would definitely use his service again. He tracked a minor leak in a room without water to the source. I was afraid it was the slab but he went the extra step to verify before giving up. He found the pinhole leak coming from a pipe in the adjacent bathroom. Easy repair and much less costly than a leaking slab.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!
I have received nothing but quality and excellent service from Jamie at J. I. Plumbing. He has installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us; bathroom shower cartridges; fixed plugged sewer lines on a Sunday and most recently, fixed a leak in our front yard water supply lines. And, all of this with one phone call and no more than an hour or two wait until he arrives.

Huge ripoff. Jaime has horrible customer service skills. He put a fill valve in the toilet. The part cost $ 10. It took home 9 minutes to install. He charged me $ 95. When questioned he became irate and rude. When I called him to talk about it he hung the phone up on me.
BEWARE of this company.
