The boys at J&M were awesome. They came over to clean my carpets and my couches. They were very professional and kind. The work they did was great. Jim Moran runs a great business with good honest working people who care about customer satisfaction.

J&M responded quickly to a broken water line under our sink that flooded our kitchen and basement. It was a huge job but J&M was there every step of the way. J&M was prompt, professional and vey courteous. We couldn’t be happier and strongly recommend J&M!

J&M did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and our stone floors. In addition they stretched our carpet in our master bedroom. Rey and Drake were prompt and very efficient, they took care to move our small furniture. Our floors look better today then they have for a number of years. We have had several carpet cleaners the past years and none of them compare to the job by done by J&M. I would highly recommend J&M, the quality of work far exceeded our expectations.

Had my air ducts cleaned on 5÷27÷2016 by Roy and Drake. They were prompt, knowledgable and professional. It’s surprising the lack of quality duct cleaning companies in the valley. I actually called J&M on short notice after a previous company flaked two days prior and I already took off work. Liz in the front office is awesome, the whole teams seems very skilled and helpful. I highly recommend, and will keep in mind they help with emergency services too.

May 2016: We were the unfortunate victims of an un-​detected water leak in the shared wall between our kitchen and master bedroom. After discovering obvious water damage to our kitchen and bedroom, we called our insurance carrier, and we were referred to J&M for remediation. I could not be happier with the quick-​turn response, the quality of our response team, a complete attention to detail, and the result of the remediation.
Roy and Jamerson — our response team, had such a great attitude, and greatly assisted with converting a crappy situation into a positive experience.

J&M has cleaned our carpet for about 15 years. They’ve been with us through two houses and even helped us with water damage and restoration. Liz in the office is a doll and a customer service goddess. She knows me and our family well. I have no idea how she remembers the details she does. I trust the technicians in my home alone. They are honest, on-​time and do great work.

Discovering that your home has «mold» can be shocker. And, once over the realization that you have this issue, you are faced with the daunting task of finding someone to resolve the issue for you. Been there, done that.
After interviewing several mold and restoration contractors, we chose J&M Inc, out of Chandler, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. They fixed the problem as best as you could possibly hope for.
My «new» 23 year-​old home had water leak issues before I bought it. During the inspection we discovered flaking paint on the walls in a couple areas. J&M sent out Paul and he identified the damage as a likely source for mold. Paul cut out a piece of the drywall and showed me the mold growing on the inside paper surface of the drywall.
J&M came out and cut out all the damaged areas, scraped away as much mold as they could get off using mechanical means, carted all the contaminated material away in bags, then used non-​toxic natural liquid mold killer (made from plants) to coat every surface they worked on. Once completed, they had the area tested and validated they had removed the mold.
J&M performed the work at my house in early September while it was still very warm. Their crew blew me away with their dedication and hard work to help resolve my issue. One of the guys spent three hours under an air conditioner platform making sure the area was cleaned and prepped. Then he painted it with KILZ, sealing it from future water penetration. I had thought the entire platform would have had to be replaced. J&Ms hard word saved me a bunch of money. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Paul, their head troubleshooter is knowledgeable and very friendly. Liz, who does the scheduling back at the main office is also super friendly and easy to work with. These are GREAT people to help solve your mold problem. They also do carpet cleaning and A/​C duct cleaning, among other services.
If you need the services J&M offers, hire these folks and you will not regret it. Fantastic people who work very hard to resolve your problem, like it was their own problem.
